Join us at The Hoxton, Edinburgh for an afternoon with @jorumstudio - you’ll get hands-on with the art of scent-making, exploring raw fragrance materials and the stories behind Jorum’s signature scents.

For our October 18th edition, your ticket comes with three drinks from @lindandlime, including two bespoke serves inspired by the day’s fragrance, plus @patatino.edinburgh snacks, a Jorum goody bag, mini canvas tote and a mini floral bouquet to take home.

This Sunday is your last chance to join our Leith Walking Tour! ⚓️

Starting at Lind & Lime and finishing at Port of Leith, the tour takes you through the streets and stories that shaped this port - merchants, sailors, dockers and distillers, and the landmarks they left behind. Along the way you’ll take in boats, buildings, and beautiful scenery, tracing Leith’s working waterfront from past to present.

Our wonderful guide Isobel has led the tour all summer, in rain or shine, and this one’s her last for the year. It finishes at @portofleithdistillerybar with a tall drink and views out over the water - a proper Sunday outing ☀️

The humble Negroni - we’re fans of all her forms 🍊

Classic, bianco, sbagliato (with prosecco in it). Delicious short or long, fruity or bitter, endlessly adaptable, simple to make, and easy to enjoy.

Over the last few years we’ve had a lot of fun coming up with different recipes for you to make at home, seeing the drinks dreamed up by @portofleithdistillerybar, collaborating on menus with our favourite bars, bottling the white strawberry Negroni with @heypalu, designing posters and pin badges, and drinking a fair few ourselves.

The deck chairs are packed away, Fringe by the Sea has wrapped for another year, and what fun it’s been.

Our home of Leith has its place in the story of the Gimlet, so it is a drink we are always glad to return to. Rose’s Lime cordial was first produced here, though our signature serve takes a fresher route.

It’s always a good time for a gimlet, but with brighter evenings and the weekend beginning to show itself, it feels especially well placed.

50ml Lind & Lime Gin
25ml fresh lime juice
Sugar syrup, to taste

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Cheers! 🍋‍🟩 by @lindandlime
