Full-circle moment. ❤️

Eighteen years after taking one of my very first acting classes with @henryjmah.actgvancouver and @lindarlow I came back to lead a voice and movement session for this round of The Mastery. Two teachers who shaped me in ways I’m still discovering.

(I had a blast prepping for it with a mix of Pilates and barre choreography, plus a medley of vocal exercises set to a killer playlist. Side note: we hummed “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” to get our instruments vibrating. 🌈✨🎼)

This group was incredible. So brave, so open, and so committed to the work.✨

I stayed after to watch them work and was blown away again by Henry and Linda’s ability to go deep with their students. Watching them teach is like watching master craftspeople. Truly inspiring. 😊✨
