I am Lindi Delight, a Transformation Coach.

I spent years leading across the global music and creative industries. On the surface, the success looked extraordinary. Behind the scenes, I saw the same pattern everywhere: creative directors burning out by 35, founders sacrificing their health for growth, industry leaders who’d built empires but lost themselves in the process.

I was also one of them.

I was over-functioning, people-pleasing, and leading from survival mode instead of authentic power. Despite my achievements, I was working without boundaries and had lost touch with my inner wisdom.

It wasn’t until I turned inward that I discovered balance and grounding for the first time. Through deep inner work, coaching, and nervous system practices, I rebuilt my relationship with leadership from the ground up. That shift didn’t just change my life, it changed the way I lead, and the way I now coach others.

My work helps visionary leaders and creatives stop leading from exhaustion and start building from alignment. We transform scattered energy into focused power, people-pleasing into clear boundaries, and overwhelming growth into sustainable expansion.

This is transformation. The kind that reshapes identity, impact, and purpose.

If you’re ready to live and lead with alignment, I invite you to connect. The door is open.

🌀𝐌𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠

Hey there!

I’m opening a few additional spots for the next ELEVATE cohort, my 12-week 1:1 transformation program. I’m looking for a specific type of person, and you might be a fit.

 Mission of this program:
🔸I want to work with ambitious professionals who’ve achieved external success but feel called to live, lead, and create with more purpose, clarity, and energy.
🔸Inside ELEVATE, we unlock your potential and create what you actually want, not what you think you’re supposed to want.
🔸I want to support you, stretch you, and challenge you to question how you’re currently approaching your life, and then actually take action on what you discover.
🔸You learn to make decisions with more ease and clarity, so you stop overthinking every move and start trusting yourself again.
🔸And yes, I want to see the receipts: photos of you living your best life, celebrating your wins, and showing up for yourself because that is just who you are now. (Not kidding.)

Here’s the criteria to be a part of this cohort:
🔹You want to ELEVATE your life and career
🔹You’ve built something meaningful but know there’s a disconnect between how successful you look and how fulfilled you actually feel
🔹You want to upgrade your energy and stop leading from exhaustion
🔹You are kind, progress-orientated, self-aware, and coachable
🔹You want to make nourishing yourself and growing into your highest potential as natural as breathing
🔹You are serious about making yourself the priority, without turning your whole life upside down.
🔹You’re open to practical systems, tools, and frameworks, in addition to mindset work
🔹You’re willing to do the real inner work: nervous system stuff, questioning old patterns, creating new ways of being.
🔹You’re ready for real change
🔹You want to work with me

I’m here to tell you that you can absolutely have it all - the transformation AND a life that works.

If you match this criteria, reply with the word “ELEVATE” and I’ll DM you the link to book a Breakthrough Call.

Allow me to (re)introduce myself.

With new faces joining my page, this feels like the right moment to share a little more about who I am.

I’m Lindi Delight. Delight is my real middle name. Zimbabwean-Canadian, based in Berlin for over fourteen years.

I’m a dual-certified transformation coach and a three-time entrepreneur. Seven years alcohol-free. A biohacker, investor, tools nerd, and lifelong reader. I curate conferences because I care deeply about shining a light on underrepresented talent. For those who speak Human Design, I’m a 1/3 Projector.

My friends say I’m the most organized person they know. Clients say the same.

I’ve lived in Vancouver, Toronto, Dubai, Berlin, Barcelona, and then back to Berlin. I’ve built music brands across continents and rebuilt myself more than once.

Some of these things look good on paper. One of them saved my life. All of them shaped how I lead, how I listen, and how I guide others.

If you’re new here, welcome. If you’ve been around for a while, there’s probably something listed that you didn’t know.

There are many more layers to me. I’ll share them in time.

❓What’s one part of you that doesn’t show up at first glance?

A decision keeps costing you the whole time it stays open.

Not every important decision needs more time, more research or another conversation.

Sometimes what you need is a reliable way to reach a clear yes or no, and move forward with it.

That’s what we’ll work on in Decisive is the New Black™️: 3 Minutes to Yes or No, my 60-minute live decision-making workshop for creative leaders.

22 September · 7pm Berlin / 1pm New York · Live on Zoom

Bring one real decision.

I spent twenty years watching brilliant people carry entire companies and still give themselves the worst schedule in the building. Nothing looked obviously broken, which is exactly why it was so easy to miss how much their way of operating was costing them.

Money, attention, opportunity, relationships, energy and, eventually, self-trust.

Six ways your personal operating system can work against you while everything still appears to be working.

Save this and see which one you recognize first.

If you see yourself in this and you know the way you are operating needs to change, DM me ELEVATE and I’ll send you the details. by @lindidelight

The skill that matters most after success is the one nobody trained you for.

When several opportunities are genuinely good, you could probably say yes to any of them.

The real question is which ones deserve your time, energy and attention, and which ones are actually distractions.

That’s the territory behind Decisive is the New Black™️: 3 Minutes to Yes or No, my 60-minute live decision-making workshop for creative leaders.

Decisive is the New Black™ is coming online.

There was a point in my career when I was working hard to get opportunities. Now, like so many of the creative leaders around me, I’m navigating a very different reality: there are more invitations, projects, collaborations and possibilities than there is capacity to take them all on.

And the difficult ones are almost never between a good option and a bad one. Several of them are genuinely good, and that’s exactly what makes them hard.

That’s the problem I built this method for.

I’ve already taught the workshop in person, and on September 22nd I’m bringing it online for the first time.

Decisive is the New Black™: 3 Minutes to Yes or No

▪️Tuesday, September 22nd
▪️7pm Berlin · 1pm New York
▪️60 minutes · Live on Zoom
▪️First online cohort · $47

If there’s a decision sitting in the back of your mind while you’re reading this, bring that one.

I spent twenty years in the music and creative industries, building international tours, leading teams across continents, and programming a conference lineup every year.

And I still said yes to a project I knew was wrong for me. The project itself was amazing, but the team I knew was wrong, and I said yes anyway, partly because I was flattered to be asked.

It became one of the worst working experiences of my career, and what stung was that I had known going in. I vowed to never put myself in that situation again.

So I built a filter. Now I check what I know and get to a clear yes or no every time, and it takes three minutes.

On Tuesday, September 22nd at 1pm ET / 7pm CEST I’m teaching that filter live in Decisive is the New Black: 3 Minutes to Yes or No. It’s 60 minutes, you bring one decision you’ve been carrying, we work it through together, and you act on it before the hour ends.

First cohort is $47, and the group stays small so everyone gets coached.

I’m 45 and I’m not embarrassed to admit that:

1️⃣ I spent most of my life being a workaholic, overworking, overdelivering, having to prove my value and doing way more than I should have. I was underpaid for over half of my career.

2️⃣ I put my career before having a family. Everything in my life was about work. I do know that whatever is meant for me will be, though I did freeze my eggs, just in case. And I would be a badass step-mom :)

3️⃣ I spent a lot of years drinking, and it really dimmed my light. I used to hide from things that happened to me, to drown it out and numb myself. That was most of my life, until the past seven and a half years.

4️⃣ I had people around me who took advantage of my kindness and my empathy. Now I’m careful with who I keep around me, and I let friendships go if they’re not aligned with who I am and where I’m going.

5️⃣ I struggled with perfectionism most of my life. It held me back for years. Now I release things anyway, because I learned that there will always be changes regardless, and you can do it once it’s live.

6️⃣ I’ve always been seen as the strong one, but I don’t want to be the strong one all the time. I want people around me that can hold me when I need it, and I have to let people see that I can be vulnerable too.

7️⃣ I was deathly afraid of being visible, of making content, of people seeing more of me. I’ve been pushing myself, joining content challenges to get out of my comfort zone. I’m still afraid, but I’m not stopping.

—

Everything I’ve been through has led me to who I am now, and I believe you have to experience hard things to be able to coach and relate to people who have gone through hard things.

I don’t want to be an influencer. I want to take my experience to help people, guide them, inspire them, motivate them, and when it’s aligned, coach them and transform their lives together.

If you’re still overworking, still overdelivering, still proving your value, still doing way more than you should, follow along @lindidelight. So much more to come.

The word “failure” has become a reflex. Something doesn’t work and the first thing out of our mouths is “I failed.” But did you? Or did you learn what doesn’t work and now you try a different way? There’s a difference and it matters.

Tell me: do you agree or am I wrong on this one?

There are many journeys that stay with me after the sessions are over, and Roya’s @royarosita is one of them. She leads @pishiagency with so much heart and responsibility, holding space for her artists, her team, and her own ambitions at the same time. When she stepped into ELEVATE, she did it with a quiet but very real decision that these 12 weeks would not be another “nice to have”, but a turning point in how she lives and leads.

What I respect deeply about Roya is how fully she showed up for herself. She took the program seriously, she implemented the work in real time, and she allowed the changes to ripple into how she is as a partner, a friend, and a leader, not only as a founder. The feedback she received from her loved ones and her clients was simply a reflection of what I was already seeing each week: a woman becoming more grounded, more intentional, and more connected to what she truly wants.

I am very grateful for the trust behind Roya’s words. If you recognize pieces of yourself in her story, and you know it is time to have a coherent container around your next level, comment ‘ELEVATE’ for the booking link and we can explore whether my 1:1 coaching program is the right space for you. taken in Berlin, Germany by @lindidelight

Five habits I stopped that completely changed how I work.

I will give you the one that took me longest. I stopped explaining why.

When someone has been draining your energy and you finally step back, the instinct is to explain yourself.

Here is why that matters more than people think. It becomes a discussion about a decision that has already been made. There was a pattern with this person, you saw it, you decided. Then the explanation opens a Pandora’s box and you are back inside the same pattern, having the conversation about ending the conversation.

What keeps people stuck is thinking their “no” needs a justification.

Once you have made the decision, no texting of explanations. No conversation either. At the end of the day, 9.5 out of 10 times they know the reason. And you move on.

The other four are in the carousel. Swipe through, then tell me in the comments which one you would find hardest to stop. taken in New York City by @lindidelight
