Cameron - what an absolute blessing it is that I get to walk alongside this life with you. You will always be my rock, my adventure buddy, my partner, and my best friend. Your proposal was truly such a delightful surprise with so much love and thought put into it. I will love you with my whole heart for as long as I’m still breathing. I’m so excited for our biggest adventure yet, life married to you.

Also a big thank you to everyone who coordinated with Cameron to make this happen, I love you all and I can’t wait to throw a sick party to celebrate our future together with you!!!! taken in Zion National Park by @linds_e_loo

PROTECT OUR ROADLESS LANDS AND SUBMIT YOUR COMMENT BEFORE OCT 6!

Don’t know where to start with writing your comment? Climb with us at @nh_climbinggym and between problems let’s talk about a big one that is threatening our outdoor spaces in New England!!

Writing a substantive comment is crucial to oppose this repeal! The recipe for an effective substantive comment simply includes two important parts:

1. Personal Statement
2. Substantive Point

Swipe to the next slide to see some points specific to New England that can help you communicate relevant concerns!

What stands out to you here? Talk about one or two in your own words to include in your comment.

Swipe again to bring it all together with a template!

Use this basic template to oppose the repeal of the roadless rule and what you support instead, keeping our roadless areas protected! taken in NH Climbing & Fitness by @linds_e_loo

IT IS TIME TO SHOW UP AND AND ADVOCATE FOR OUR FORESTS!!!

Submit your comment to Regulations.gov by [the newly extended] deadline of October 6, 2026 to prohibit the USDA from rescinding the Roadless Rule protections on some of our favorite spots around the White Mountains.

See link in bio for both an interactive map of what is protected by the roadless rule and the link that leads to where you can add your comment.

Follow along with @standing_trees , @sierraclub , and @nhsierraclub to add at least one economic or environmental fact in your comment. Then make sure to add why these lands are important to you. It is as easy as that! taken in White Mountains New Hampshire by @linds_e_loo

To do list for New Englanders who want to protect our white mountains:

1. Do your research!

A little goes a long way into what these organizations are doing, head to their websites and find cited writings on this rule!

Look into what this rule is and what it protects that you find irreplaceable!

2. Write a comment BEFORE the deadline!!

Try to add two concrete reasons (ecologically or economically) why you think this rule should NOT be rescinded like they are proposing.

Add why you love these places, what you do, how you benefit from these lands being roadless.

3. Spread the word, tell your family and friends to look into this, have them comment too! Share this if that’s helpful!

4. Have a great weekend and enjoy these public lands!!! taken in White Mountains New Hampshire by @linds_e_loo
