If you know me, then you know a quick trip to Georgia 🇬🇪 makes complete sense.

I didn’t know what to expect, but what a gem of a country.

Food, wine, and the sweetest hospitality.

Oh and the MOUNTAINS!

Legs were aching but heart was full. I’m continually in awe and stand in honor to explore this incredible world.

🏔️ pictured is Kazbek & Truso Valley. Only 4 hours from the capital and worth the trip. #caucasus #georgia #tbilisi #hiking #kazbek #flashpack #kazbegi by @lindsayesh

For those who are new here - welcome to Plow Farms!

Family owned for generations, but built by all of you (and many Newfoundland friends) who continue to share your memories, experiences, and traditions with us year after year.

Thank you all for an amazing Newfoundland Day 2025! It’s truly the best day of the year. by @lindsayesh

I hope everyone enjoyed the first snow as much as I did….🫠 by @lindsayesh

Proof of life post!
Woah! The last time I posted on here was a full year ago.

Ever go through so much transformation that you look back and say, who even was she? Yeah. That was me.

Stepping up here to acknowledge that at 40, many women face a deep internal battle of insecurity and identity. So crazy, right?

I’m here to report that is normal. I’m also here to report that everything Anthony Bourdain says in this clip can be considered therapy. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s not lost on me that I am surrounded by incredible people who have made my life rich, rewarding, and remarkable.

The past 6 months have been the most joyous time ever, and I’m thankful to all of you who shared these global travels, the late night drinks, the many epic meals, the pizza at 2 am, to desert hikes, and countless Italian sunsets, and most importantly the deep and sometimes painful conversations.

I have never felt so whole. So seen. So powerful. So lucky.

Cheers to all of this and more. (And more sharing because it’s fun and you all seem to like it - ha) by @lindsayesh

April showers bring May…maybe I’ve just managed to spend most of spring in Italy…

Yes, it is cold, but my god is it amazing.

I cannot get over the experience I just had above the Arctic Circle in Finland.

Dare I say I’m leaving with a bit of magic from the Lapland’s.

More tips coming on how to plan a trip there, but if you’re an explorer at heart (and also can take some extreme cold), make sure winter 2024 is your time to visit Rovaniemi, Finland.
My trip highlights:
▪️ Ultimate cold plunge in the ice
▪️Skiing through the silent forest
▪️saunas on saunas on saunas
▪️fire side chats with the most amazing people
▪️ Finally seeing the aurora borealis 💚

Another year around the sun on this wild ride with all of you that just keeps going faster and faster each year.

Many travels this year captured here - and endless gratitude for every interaction and every journey.

My cousin said the first photo is “the most Lindsay photo he’s ever seen” and I couldn’t agree more. More of that! And hopefully more joy with all of you this next turn around the ☀️ #39andfine by @lindsayesh

A love letter to Italy on this Valentines Day.

I’ve been around the world and back again to do nothing but eat, but I’ve never consumed food like I have in the last 2 weeks.

Incredibly lucky that I get to call this ‘work’ 🍝🇮🇹🥃
