A lot of new faces around here lately so I figured it’s time for a real introduction! I’m an illustrator living in Salt Lake City, Utah and I love to paint to celebrate the little things in life 😊 My stickers, cards, prints, and more are available through Etsy and wholesale and I’m always open for licensing, collabs, and commissions! Nice to meet all of you new peeps and for those of you who have been here a while, thank you so much! #artist #illustrator #ladieswhodraw taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @lindseydaystudio

an ode to soup season 🍂❤️🍂 growing up my aunt gave us these amazing mustard yellow soup bowls, one for each of us. I always knew it was time for cozy season when those bad boys came down from the top shelf.

if you have a favorite soup recipe I'd LOVE to know 🍲

illustration, art, fall, autumn, quote a painterly illustration with bright cozy fall colors of a pot of soup in a kitchen scene with the words "behind: soup season is upon us. let us rejoice." by @lindseydaystudio

Advice to younger Lindsey 🩷 I’ve loved food since I was a tiny kid (in case you’re wondering where all of my food artwork comes from hehe) but somewhere along the way I learned to be afraid of it, too. Restricting, counting, watching, burning off, cutting out… it all became part of my routines in the name of being “healthy.” But all it did was make me want to eat the entire fridge late at night and obsess over food 24/7 because I couldn’t have what I really wanted. Lately I’ve been trying to chill tf out around food and eat an ice cream bar every day and also have some veggies and be mindful and ignore calories every once in a while cause I just want to give my body what she wants AND needs.
