The ✨3M Formula✨: Movement, Mindset, and Mood

Isn’t just about “doing three things” for wellness; it’s a system designed to create MOMENTUM.

-💪Movement: fuels my body so I have the ENERGY to engage in life

- 🧠 Mindset: shifts my perspective so I can keep going on the hard days

- 😊 Mood: the natural result of showing up for the first two 👆

….. builds confidence, joy, and resilience to keep taking the next right steps.

If you are feeling:

➡️ so disconnected from yourself
➡️ so over the quick fixes and living in extremes
➡️ the desire for something -simple, that fits WITH your life

My 3M mentorship is built for you.

The three components of the formula are simple- but the nuance of implementing them …. isn’t-

that’s where my education and custom plan for you comes in.

I know what it feels like to feel so far away from yourself.

My ✨3M Mentorship✨was birthed from everything l’ve learned in 2½ years of coaching moms in the busy and 7 years of my own wellness journey learning and unlearning what actually works. It’s a tried and true formula, a rhythm, that makes wellness work in your real life.

The women I’m called to help?

✨The ones who cannot afford to keep waiting.✨

Because deep down, you know...

• You’ve numbed it, ignored it, or kept
“quick fixing” it.

• Your light is dimming.

• You barely recognize yourself anymore.

• You hate how you’re showing up-for you and for the people who matter

And you’re DONE.

✨This isn’t just about dropping weight.

It’s about feeling fully ALIVE and STRONG in your own skin.

Being able to look in the mirror and feeling freaking proud-because you rebuilt yourself from the inside ➡️ out.

If you’re ready to:

✅Face it head-on
✅Uncomplicate it
✅Build a wellness lifestyle that actually lasts...
✅ Build the small habits that create massive momentum in your day

Then my exclusive membership is for you.

What summer things did we have in common? ⬇️

This summer we drove 36 hours from Southern FL to Colorado with our two boys.

The ⛰️are our love language and we spent as much time as possible in 6 different mountain spots, and some we repeated. Off grid in nature is so healing for us.

Losing my Dad last fall, and then deciding we couldn’t live that far away from our people, and a quick 5 month full foot on the gas acceleration to uproot cross country- did a number on my nervous system.

Healing and teaching my body to regulate saftey again has been an intential, long road process. One I’m still on.

LOVE that hockey’s trending. You get it now right?

The visitors we got to have… plus the amazing CO crew -we love you. This is the whole point 💕.

🌱 A garden was a great choice for being able to hot coffee, and children helpers. For us it’s all about the salsa ingredients. 👌 by @lindseyserveswellness

To think if you would have ended up turning right to go home…

If my best friend wouldn’t have let you cut in on the dance floor…

I would have never met you.

(Old School- Real Magic- Real Timing.)

On our first date if you wouldn’t have brought a blanket, peanuts, held my hand and talked to me the whole playoff baseball game the way I grew up

I may not have considered it was something real

9 years later- we are in so many answered prayers we used to dream about together. I’ve never been pursued by anyone the way you pursue me.

You are my opposite and compliment in almost every way except our values are the exact same.

So grateful your turned, you showed up, and for meant to be timing. 💕 by @lindseyserveswellness

It wasn’t just about climbing a rock wall. It was about building belief.

It’s never about pressure, but more about tiny repetitions of exposure to building resilience.

Proving in small ways what you’re capable of on the other side of fear.

As a former extremely cautious and fearful person, whose evolved a lot in that department later in life-

I want to raise my boys to have a different relationship with fear.

To build their courage and confidence early on.

So yes you will find us in as many active (mostly outdoor) opportunities to keep increasing their “proof bucket” and promises kept.

Are you raising confident boys too?

If you were to ask me two years ago if I got jazzed about skincare- I would tell you - No. 😆🤷‍♀️

Not because I don’t take care of my skin or haven’t used clean products.

It was more because the time I took to do it never seemed to pay off.

The eye lids were starting to sag, the wrinkles were getting deeper.

And it seemed like the answer was always more products or injectables.

But I don’t do complicated or frozen (personal preference).

And the more women I talk to continue to share similar experiences with me.

The lack of options for finding solutions for wanting to age backwards in a fresh, natural way.

Then a year ago I started utilizing skincare that not only meets EU standards but addresses the:

✨structural-components of aging too.
( Most only address the surface.)

And I truly ate every single word at my results. 🤯

No wonder I wasn’t excited about skincare before-it never worked like this!

The best part was having a 90% make up free summer last year and feeling so confident in my skin.

The true showstopper has been the one of its kind alternative to injectables that:

☑️ increases your baby collagen by 1,223%.
☑️ trains and strengthens your facial muscles.

There wasn’t another way to address your skin at the structural level without injectables until now.

I’ve seen other companies:

-And watched them ditch morals,
-Chase dollars over commitments to their people and customers
-Or just flat out shut down without notice.

I can speak from experience- they are not all created equal.

I wasn’t going to do it again. What I needed- I didn’t think existed.

But I found it and it does 🥰🥳.

While other companies are shutting down or going affiliate- we grew by 47% in 2025 alone.

That integrity and transparency piece- over 80% of our revenue is from customer retention. Aka the products work REALLY well.

We are THE gold standard in direct sales and the only one with the FTC stamp of approval

launching topical alternatives to injectables.

It’s always a smart choice to create options and financial opportunities here.

But right now… this TIMING- matters.

You start looking in the mirror and think, “wait that’s not the way my face usually looks.” 😔

But you also don’t love the thought of toxins, complications, and prefer a youthful- fresh look to aging.

There wasn’t really an alternative plant 🌱 based topical option that PERFORMED the way injections and fillers did until NOW.

Say hello to your answered prayer.

The ultimate ✨DUO✨ for a full face needle-free solution to having your skin age backwards.

1. Neo- FILLER Face Treatment

Targets facial volume loss, sagging, and wrinkles
Restores firmness + smooths wrinkles

2. Neo-FILLER Lip Contour Duo

Targets lip aging, volume loss, and lines
Smooths lines + restores volume & color

(Your skin is different on your lips which is why you need both.)

Acts like filler. Feels like skincare.

Boy mamas tell me that you didn’t listen to this audio and feel completely understood. (And a little teary eyed 🥹)

Yes they are wild, physical and often dirty with nonstop energy.

But you can’t convince me otherwise that:

- Everything being an adventure is ✨magic
- That there isn’t anything bigger than the way they love their mamas.
- Or that being their mom will heal parts of you that nothing else before could.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the boy mamas out there who would never have it any other way. 💙 by @lindseyserveswellness

The unexpected- healthiest thing- I did when I left an 11 year career in education for a SAHM season:

✨ Created space to still be tethered to my individual PURPOSE and IMPACT while raising those I love most.

Let’s be honest- sometimes as women, we are faced with being placed between two challenging choices.

I took time away from a career I loved because I had to make the tough decision;

➡️ between staying at home to raise my boys
➡️ or having my entire income pay for someone else to.

It didn’t sit well. Our family needed a parent who had more flexibility. I have always wanted to be a mom, but I had spent 11 years and three degrees later building a career- making a difference that quite frankly l’m dang proud of and have always felt called to do so.

But I couldn’t handle the only spending 2.5 hours with them either- that wasn’t enough.

So I found a way to make a difference and an impact outside with walls of my home that made me a BETTER mom within it.

You see motherhood AND personhood can equally co-exist.

The more moms I talk to it’s the “needing that tether” back to self that they are missing.

For me it was a way to use my gifts to make an impact and income from home,

For you it may be that too. Or it may be a hobby or volunteering.

Whatever it is- hold tight to and protect that tether- that alive factor- back to yourself

I wish more women openly talked about this as it would have been everything for me.

If you’re desperately seeking more options to ✨be there and not miss it ✨with your kids- while still staying tied to what makes you-YOU.

I’d love to chat with you about a job opportunity that made all the difference for me.

It may be the right fit for you too. 💕 by @lindseyserveswellness

Not me eating all my actual words. 🤯

Turns out ✨I AM✨a skincare person when it’s so simple that it takes 3 minutes to do and it PERFORMS like this.

My year transformation came from utilizing skincare that not only meets EU standards but addresses the - structural-components of aging too.

Most skincare only addresses the surface- not the muscular level or lipid level where the root of your deep set wrinkles and skin starting to sag happens.

No wonder I wasn’t excited about skincare before- it never worked like this!

The true showstopper has been the one of its kind alternative to injectables that increases your baby collagen by 1,223%.
