L’INDUSTRIE PIZZERÍA LT,está profundamente triste al tener que informarles que su propietario y mi compañero de vida,Eric Lovatel falleció el pasado 5 de junio a causa de un paro cardíaco.Nuestro maestro de las pizzas partió en paz,lleno de atenciones y mucho amor de sus familiares y amigos.Les agradecemos la aceptación, apoyo, cariño, respeto y elogios ofrecidos a Eric desde que fundó L’INDUSTRIE PIZZERÍA en Williamsburg,Brooklyn,N.Y. en marzo 2015 y durante los últimos 5 años en Las Terrenas,Rep.Dom. In march of 2015 L'industrie pizzeria opened its doors in Williamsburg, Brooklyn NY from the hands of Eric Lovatel and Susi Garcia. The duo worked diligently in order to deliver in this perpetually changing industry. As a result of their versatile cooking, this couple developed a crunchy crust and superb tomato sauce that captivated the taste buds of many clients.
In 2016, L'industrie quickly acquired great fame due to their superior pizza resulting on amazing reviews through yelp and consequently, earning a spot in Buzzfeed.com as the "best pizza in NY". Subsequently, in 2017, the pizzeria was listed on the "100 best places to eat in the United States" list published by Yelp.
In march of that same year the couple decided to sell the uprising empire to a promising Italian apprentice who spent months practicing and learning the secrets from the hands of the duo. Today, the legacy continues in NYC and our family's expression remains: "In New York, an Italian man learns from a french man the secrets of a superior pizza". We are proud to announce that in 2019, L'industrie Pizzeria moves to the Caribbean and opens its doors in Las Terrenas, Rep. Dom. where the duo will once again enchant the palate of their customers.
