We are so so so so excited to finally announce our first release, the compilation album ‘safn’, coming out on vinyl and digitally in august ! This is a joint release with the legendary label @smekkleysa_sm 💫 💿

The compilation is a collection of 9 songs ranging from club-ready chunes, refined art pop, and experimental greatness. What links these songs together is curiosity, playful attitude, and a shared joy in the creative process

i 松祝 ! SōngZhù’s latest installation, decomposed and reconstructed with the now and past designs at @oneonefourspace opening night on 18th of September 🧡

Thank you to all the beautiful creatures who came by, shared a moment, wore the pieces and filled the night with so much good laughter and talk 🧡

Thanks @endurtakk for having SōngZhù and for displaying the best maximalist version inside of us, “more is more” 🧡

Gjörningakvöld | Performance night 28. ágúst 2026

🌸🎉Gjörningakvöldið hófst í bílakjallaranum við Molann með skemmtilegum gjörningi Silfrúnar Unu, þar sem bílar tóku hver á móti öðrum í samhæfðum dansi. Því næst tóku þrír gjörningar við í Gerðarsafni. Lindy Lin framdi heillandi gjörning þar sem gestum bauðst að fylgja hljóðinu hvert sem það leiddi. Michael Richardt og Egill Ásdísarson leyfðu tónum að flæða og enduróma um rýmið í Sæborgískum hljómflutningi. Að lokum leiddi eistneska danstvíeykið Juliuus Vaiksoo og Helena Tõrva okkur inn í undurfagran líkamlegan glundroða.🌸🎉

🌸🎉Performance Night began in the underground parking by Molinn, with an captivating performance by Silfrún Una, where cars danced in harmony. The evening continued with three performances at Gerðarsafn. Lindy Lin presented a mesmerising performance, inviting guests to follow the sound wherever it spread. Michael Richardt, in collaboration with Egill Ásdísarson, filled the exhibition rooms with a cyborg-infused sonic performance. Last but not least, Estonian dance duo Juliuus Vaiksoo & Helena Tõrva brought a beautiful chaos of bodies.🌸🎉

This is a dress I made in honor of my grandparents, who have raised me since I was born.
It is inspired by the gardenia flower—whose seeds I often saw while walking in the mountains with my grandfather as a child. Back then, I didn’t even know their name, as I had never seen them blossom. It was only in recent years, as I began to revisit and hold onto the memories I share with my beloved grandparents, 林松茂 and 陈祝, that I came to recognize them.

From there, I gradually developed the idea for an experimental stitching project under their names, SongZhu (松祝) @songzhu1992 — a space where I will keep embroidering stories, weaving dialogues with them, and carrying forward the visions I inherited. I have also written a song under the same name, which will be released soon❤️.

These beautiful images were photographed by @bicnick and commissioned by @rvkgrapevine for a recent interview. Many thanks for making it a possible to share this work.

In just a few years, Lindy Lin @lindylin7 has made a considerable impression in Reykjavík’s grassroots scene. Her research project Mirror Stage will be performed at the forthcoming concert series Upprásin on March 10.

“I’ve always had a long-term question about myself, like, why do I care so much about the mirror? When I look at myself in the mirror, I find myself in error,” Lindy told Jóhannes Bjarkason ahead of the show.

Artists 2026🌸Lindy Lin er raftónlistar- og hljóðlistamaður með aðsetur í Reykjavík. Hún sækir innblástur í menningararfleifð Suður-Minnan og nostalgískar hljóðmyndir og skapar grípandi verk með vettvangsupptökum og hversdagslegum hlutum eins og xiao-flautu, gítar, saumavél, hárklemmum og kömbum. Súrrealísk tónverk hennar kanna sjálfsmyndina, ójafnvægi og jafnrétti.

🌸Lindy Lin is an electroacoustic composer and audiovisual experimentalist based in Reykjavík. Drawing from Southern Minnan cultural heritage and nostalgic soundscapes, she creates immersive works using field recordings and everyday objects such as the xiao flute, guitar, sewing machine, clips, and combs. Her surreal compositions explore identity, imbalance, and equality. @lindylin7
