I’m so excited to announce another clay workshop in my studio💕

This one is going to be Nerikomi!! Nerikomi is a traditional Japanese technique using pigmented clay to create fun surface patterns and designs. This workshop is open to people of all skill levels, as we can use simple techniques (like the plate in this photo!) or more advanced layering techniques

As always, you can come with inspiration and a project in mind, or we can just have fun with some free form making in the studio🤏

The great thing about Nerikomi is that once you make the pieces, all you need is a clear coat of glaze! Once I clear glaze all the pieces, they will be ready for pick up(a couple weeks later)

If you have any questions, feel free to DM me! Please use the link in my bio to RSVP using Partiful❤️‍🔥 taken in Santa Fe, New Mexico by @lindz.redd

learn how to create prints using the magic of the sun. we will be hosted in @lindz.redd lovely Santa Fe studio!

we will walk through every step of creating a cyanotype print on paper- from working with light-sensitive chemicals to exposing your design in sunlight and developing it in water. no experience is needed, and all materials are provided.

we be gathering leaves and flowers from around the neighborhood to create our prints, and we will have a table full of curated objects to play with. we encourage you to bring any items to make your print even more personal.

we will also be serving mint lemonade to keep us refreshed while we print outside <3

you’ll take home multiple finished prints and the fundamental skills to make more prints at home.

grab tickets with link in bioooo 🌀
