Are you double checking with your client on the style of lashes they want before every appointment?

I never assume a client wants the same look as before even if they’re a regular.

Some clients are too shy to ask for something different so end up getting the same set over and over again. But let’s be real, sometimes we all want to switch it up a little.

And this is why a consultation is so important! It shows your client that you’re catering to them always, even years down the line. Understanding and getting to know your client is very important for client retention.

Build relationships with your clients through their consultations they’ll always appreciate the time and effort you put in to giving them their dream lashes 🤍

Am I horrible for not giving my client the set she actually wanted?

Hear me out…

Clients will come in with inspiration on the lashes they want, but like always the sets I create are tailored to each individual based on these key elements

- natural lash health
- facial features
- lifestyle

Sasha came in with the idea of fuller and denser lashes. Her natural lashes are short and much thinner than the client who she’s using as a reference. Had I have given her the exact set I did on my other client this could have possibly jeopardised the health of her natural lashes! Also my other client also had much darker features to Sasha which is why black lashes suited her better.

This is the way I work, ethical. I will always look out for the health of your natural lashes rather than just the aesthetic side.

For all new clients I will always have a consultation to understand what look your after and then further advise on what style, length and set will suit you best!

Most times clients don’t actually know what they want, and the inspiration is completely different to what they actually get.

All my sets are bespoke to each individual client based on their wants and needs with also keeping in mind the health of their natural lashes✨

Fan width plays a huge role in the final texture of a set

Narrow fans create a denser finish, while wider fans create a softer and fluffier look.

Do a Wispy hybrid set with me without using the tape up method

1- Map your set
2- Adding the structure by applying my top layer first
3- Adding in my fans for the base to add definition to the lash line
4- Double checking for stickies and any missed natural lashes
5- Adding super bonder to the finished set
6- Set complete!

How do you do your wispy sets, do you use the tape method or go without?

Do you struggle to lash every layer properly?

I use tape to separate the layer so I can work from the bottom first 🤏🏽

Once the tape is removed, the remaining natural lashes are fully exposed and can be lashed with ease

This method helps with differentiating each layer and ensures no lashes are missed!
