Plenty of new friends here and thought it might be time to ✨reintroduce myself🤭

I feel like I would’ve quit a looooong time ago (or perhaps never even bothered trying) if my only goal was to get a handstand because that alone took me almost a year to finally catch my balance. And so it helps to remind myself there are so many other reasons to keep showing up beyond that one goal.

only took 8 years of tracking these scorpion handstands for my butt to graze my head 🥹

and sure one may ask, why the months i’m filming them are random bc that’s not a true measure of my yearly progress?

my main goal isn’t these overhangs and i make these posts essentially whenever I remember to. 😅 rather all i’m focused on is showing up to train regularly, doing the same old stretches that show diminishing returns daily, and trusting that over time i’ll see a difference. ✨
