For 6 years, finding the right people was an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming struggle.

Like most companies, traditional job boards were the go-to, but the results were disappointing: low-quality applicants, people from overseas who couldn’t work or were looking for sponsorship, and running ads for 4 weeks only to get 10 applicants.

It left a business feeling stuck under the immense pressure of having to hire just anyone out of a couple of options because there was no choice.

But staying stuck in what isn’t working wastes time.

After a quick chat about the position, a collaborative filming session took place.
