2 1/2 weeks ago we made a spontaneous decision, and bought flights to Denver for the weekend to see our 2 favorite bands. Goose was playing at Red Rocks, which has been on our bucket list for a long time - we’ve been dreaming of this place for years. Dave Matthews Band was nearby at Fiddler’s Green the next night. We didn’t even get tickets to the shows until 2 days before! The trip was a dream- the bands were phenomenal, Red Rocks was stunning- everything we hoped for and more. The sheer beauty was awe-inspiring and took our breath away 💚Our trip was interspersed with hiking, driving up in the mountains, and visiting small quaint towns. There is beauty in nature everywhere you turn. 🏞️ Goose and DMB played their hearts out, and being in the crowds with all of the fans who felt like family was pure joy. Icing on the cake was meeting the members of The Pod That Jane Likes! We had an incredible experience and made new friends. ❤️

I didn’t know until last night how much I love Brandi Carlile 🩷 She put on a phenomenal performance. From her gritty lower register to her pure high register, her voice is absolutely stunning. A true showman and funny to boot, a class act all the way. The show was 🔥! taken in Acrisure Amphitheater by @linnaeruns

I never got the chance to see Jimmy Buffett live in concert, but seeing the Coral Reefer Band at Acrisure Amphitheater was the next best thing! They brought so much energy and played their hearts out for 2 1/2 hours ❤️ It was an incredible show, and fun to enjoy it with our daughter and son-in-law! 🌴🦜🐬😎 taken in Acrisure Amphitheater by @linnaeruns

✨Family Vacay on the shores of Lake Michigan ☀️🌊
A weekend filled with beaches and bikinis, games and swimming, runs and outdoor showers, flying kites, sunsets and ice cream, Yahtzee, s’mores and fires, along with priceless time together ❤️
My only complaint is it went too fast! But the best times always do ☺️

4th of July weekend in Pentwater never disappoints! One of my favorite traditions ❤️🤍💙 A true slice of Americana where people clap for the sunset, you can get the best Kamikazes at The Antler,and sit outside at the Village Pub watching the best live music on a stage built out of trees. And of course fireworks over the lake on July 3rd! 🎆 The ever changing sky over the lake never gets old either 🌅
