Thursday October 15th is going to be and awesome night of original music with some of Toronto’s best up and coming Indie Bands at the Linsmore Tavern! The Corrodes and Jacko Packo will be bringing their original songs and sound to the Linsmore for a co-headlining evening!
The Corrados are hometown Toronto rock n’ roll. The Corrados is a passion project based around the love of early garage rock! Their energetic sound leans heavily on retro, raw garage-rock aesthetics and frequently incorporates driving organ arrangements
Jacko Packo is a band comprised of young Toronto musicians playing mostly the music of Jack Johnston. Jack takes influence from bands such as Fleetwood Mac, The Smiths, and Mac Demarco but also from Jazz Fusion acts such as Weather Report, the Pat Metheny Group and Joni Mitchell’s Shadows and Light band.
The show starts at 8pm, there will be a $10 cover charge at the door!

We have so much anticipation for this Friday October 16th, as the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) is bringing in a band that has been highly recommended to us by some top notch musicians! WILDS will be coming into the Linsmore to perform on our stage for the very first time and we know that our passionate music supporters are going to love them! aying in front of crowds for over a decade, they’ve perfected a night of covers that get everyone singing along, spanning everything from The Killers and Catfish and the Bottlemen to Weezer and The Black Keys, all carried by the same infectious, high-energy sound that’s become their signature. For all of the Southern Rock fans out there, this is exactly what you are looking for!! Southern Fried have played some amazing shows over the years at the Linsmore and it’s always to full capacity! Established in 2003, these six Canadian musicians have been stunning audiences with a true experience of southern rock music and the original artists. We have a really fun night of music coming up on Thursday October 8th! 2 Trick Ponies will be coming to our stage for the very first time and one of our favourite singer/songwriters who has been playing the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) for close to 15 years, Carmen Toth!
Trick Ponies are a gang of delinquent pub rockers tearing through three decades of hits — the 70s, 80s, and 90s, all in one night. From soulful ballads to full-throttle punk, the setlist swings from Fleetwood Mac to Iron Maiden, Springsteen to Soundgarden, and Steely Dan to Stooges. Not just a one trick pony!
Carmen Toth is a Toronto-based singer-songwriter known for her hook-driven power pop, heartfelt storytelling, and retro-influenced sound. Drawing inspiration from artists like Stevie Nicks, Kate Bush, Cyndi Lauper, and Sheryl Crow, her music blends vulnerability with classic pop-rock grit.
