Celebrating this special day with my Prince Charming as we reminisce on the most magical day, 11/4/2023

Nandish doesn’t like to dance or dance in front of others but being with me I wouldn’t let that last long! 😁 I began to teach him a little bit of dancing and then he took dance lessons with me for 10 months to learn this dance to make my vision come to life! He did this because he knew it was a dream for me to have this epic first dance! He got so uncomfortable and out of his element because his love for me is bigger than his fears. 🥹

For the first several dance practices I actually couldn’t NOT cry because the lyrics ring so deep to our relationship. 🥹

We first said “I love you” in the “Arizona skies” after getting lost together after dark from finding the Secret Cave in the spiritual vortex trails.

It hurts to say goodbye after every weekend we get together when you go back to Canada for work.

He matches my energy, weirdness, loudness on all levels. He supports me through all my extreme goals!

I’ll Always Remember Us This Way… in the way it felt dancing that dance with you in front of all our loved ones and on that day getting to marry you at the alter!!!!

This is what I’ve been working on instead of racing 💃🏽 The girls performance!!!! After every big training year I would tell myself I want to just focus on dance for a while and race less. Well this year it happened for a special reason! Thank you to my crew who supported me picking the hardest Bollywood routine possible 😁 @_vidisha , Parita, @swimbikerun1976 , @holly_lr12 , @wiater_ , Suchi and Varsha 💗 by @linzanityfit

11.4.23 Hands down, the BEST DAY of my life!!! 🥰😍 I’ve been MIA on social media to be totally present in getting married and enjoying my honeymoon with the love of my life! I took a cutback in training and racing this year to focus on planning my wedding and it was so worth it to make this day (and weekend, 3 events) such a dream! I sobbed on Sunday when it was all over, lol. Now every day, Nandish and I wake up so giddy saying “WE’RE MARRIED!” 🥰💖

@sgmcdonell is a 70.3 World Championship finisher!!! 🌎🏆🔥

A year before Worlds, I had the privilege of racing alongside Sarah at Michigan 70.3 and watching her earn her Worlds Qualification at the awards ceremony! Her boyfriend, Rick and I were obsessively watching the list, our hearts pounding out of our chests. 🥹❤️

Over the past year, she took on several demanding road and gravel bike races, landing on the podium in most of them! She completed The Highlander just one month before Worlds, and we tackled some INSANE hilly rides together around Canandaigua. Over the past two years, she has continued to challenge herself and step farther and farther outside her comfort zone!

Then she showed up at Worlds and absolutely CRUSHED all three sports! She had a smooth swim, tackled the climbs and descents like a pro on the bike, and delivered a strong run. We even got to run three of those miles together! She was ON FIRE! 🔥🙌🏼

It was truly incredible to travel and race together. I’m forever grateful for our friendship, this experience, and your trust in my coaching to help get you there. You inspire so many people. This was a huge highlight of my coaching career. I am SO SO proud of you, Sarah!! ❤️🙏🏼🌎

NYC weekend complete.
MJ The Musical 100/10🤩 I danced in my seat the whole show!
Aladdin on Broadway 🎭 the costumes, the dancing, the GENIE!! I smiled the entire show.
We loved both SO much! I teared up in both 😅
Added endorphins after seeing & meeting Akaash Singh the day before.
Central Park.
NYC Zoo.
Times Square.
Street shopping 🛍️
Endless amazing Vegan restaurants.
Couples Massage.
Walking 40k steps in 2 days.
All while spectating my athlete Kim at her triathlon here, tracking my athlete Stacie at her marathon, squeezing in my own workouts and following IMWC Kona including playing the live feed while we walked. 😂

Nandish’s Birthday weekend was a blast for us both!!

Congratulations to my athlete, @kimvanorden at Big Apple Sprint Triathlon!

From navigating all the logistics of this point-to-point race to jumping off a dock into the Hudson River for her LONGEST & FASTEST open water swim in a race (the Sprint and Olympic all swim the same 1600m swim), Kim tackled it all! 💪 She stayed controlled on the hilly bike course, ran 1 minute per mile faster than her last triathlon in August, and crossed that finish line having FUN and truly enjoying the experience! 🙌

And to top it all off… 3rd place in the Athena Category!!! 🥳👏

When the stars aligned and our trip landed on Kim’s Big Apple Triathlon race weekend… we HAD to go cheer her on!! 🗽🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

At the 2026 ROC Tri Olympic Triathlon, @karinajanickanewhall dropped a 15 MINUTE PR from last year and finished 2nd in her age group + 9th female overall! 🥈🙌🏽

2026: 2:44 total
🏊🏽‍♀️ Swim: 1:49/100m
🚴🏽‍♀️ Bike: 18.3 mph
🏃🏽‍♀️ Run: 8:30/mi

Compared to 2025:
⏱️ 2:59 → 2:44
🏊🏽‍♀️ 2:01/100m → 1:49/100m

That’s improvement across EVERY. SINGLE. LEG. 🤯🔥

I’m so proud of the work Karina has put in this year. The numbers show the progress, but the consistency when no one is watching, well except me 😄 is what got her here.
