I NEED YOUR HELP GUYS. (Cutie dog for attention)

I have dealt with incredible jaw pain for years. TMDD is just a part of life for me. Several years ago my jaw on my left side started to "unhook" - not literally? But that's the only way I know how to describe it. Kind of like when your dishwasher rack comes off the tracks.

My dentist tried TWO ROUNDS of Botox, and neither had any impact whatsoever. I have a night guard to protect my teeth from grinding. I've already been thru 3 of them. The first I took out in my sleep and bit in half. The second I bit while in my mouth and broke it.

But last night, I woke up to use the restroom and my jaw was locked and I could not open it more than maybe an inch. If I tried for more it was incredibly painful. I massaged it and took ibuprofen. It's so sore today.

I don't know what my next steps should look like. It's so scary and I have to squish my food to eat and I always talk with my mouth minimally open to protect myself. It's getting worse and I don't know where to go from here. I can't be the only one. Does anyone have advice?? by @linzb23

I made one mention that I couldn't believe our @starbucks still had a #snoopyxstarbucks cup and next thing I know -- it's mine. Because my husband is seriously the *most* thoughtful man. 🥹 Snoopy reminds me of holidays, waiting for the special to come on ABC television in the days before streaming. It wasn't a holiday until you watched. This is my new 'ber months cup. I'm a lucky woman. It's the little things. by @linzb23

I've never sat here without him. 🐾 if I needed a break from him actually smothering me to death (or so it felt) and I shut that door?? He would bark and cry and scratch until he was let in. No barrier kept us apart and I certainly wasn't going to sit in my favorite space without my shadow. The ache is deep. So deep. I love you bucky baby and I miss you every second of the day. by @linzb23

The Burleson household is in major need of prayer. After the events of last week and the nerves of settling back into a normal routine this week, Bucky's ashes did arrive home, which was quite sobering. Then also yesterday, our other little guy had a routine checkup at the vet and got his typical annual vaccinations -- but for some reason he had an allergic reaction. his face swelled up, so Ben rushed him back to the vet, and they administered a steroid shot and said he should feel better soon. He would likely feel quite loopy, & if he needed it, he could take a Benadryl later on in the evening.

the swelling in his face seemed to be getting better, but we did give him a children's Benadryl tablet later in the evening with his dinner. By late night, he was in so much distress and could not sit still acting like he was being attacked. We finally realized his entire body was breaking out in aggressive hives, & our only option was an emergency vet (which was very triggering given last week) Ben and Lily drove to North Little Rock in the night and he was given another shot. They said that he was almost anaphylactic, and wanted to keep him overnight. He eventually had a positive reaction, and his nervous system started to calm. So they were able to come home, our entire family is completely exhausted.

We're doing our best at pretty much anything at this point. So please be prayerful that we can find some peace. And that everyone can find some rest. by @linzb23
