We’re looking forward to Kursa, Two Swords, and Combine touching down on the system this Saturday. Get to know these artists a bit better before then!Kursa:From a very young age Oska was attending illegal raves all over London and being exposed to the pummelling sounds of the underground throughout the 90’s. Other influences include being raised on an eclectic selection of trip hop, jazz, classical, jungle and techno to name a few genres, has shaped a truly unique taste and direction in his work. Expect the unexpected.Two Swords:Having signed to Critical Music under his ‘Hyroglifics’ moniker at 22, Matt Harris very quickly rose to the top of the D&B scene after the success of his debut EP. He would go on to release 10 EP’s and 1 full length LP with the label, also releasing tracks on prominent + tastemaker UK labels such as Alix Perez’s 1985, Ivy Lab’s 20/20 imprint, Friction’s Shogun Audio and Sherelle’s Hooversound label. Matt Harris’ latest offering ‘Two Swords’ is a project that fully encapsulates his current sound and direction. As Matt’s production style evolved further following on from the release of his debut album ‘I’ll Wait, I Guess’, a sonically varied LP full of features from prominent UK artists such as Feux, Black, Josh, Nah Eeto, Deft, and Lyza Jane. He felt the need to evolve and with that brought a slight rebrand to his own work.Combine:One of your favorite dubstep producer’s favorite producers and recent Portland transplant by way of the UK, you’ve most likely already heard his tunes in clubs and at festivals across the US for the last year or so and shouted for an ID on the track, now you can put a face and sound to the name. You can expect to see this name regularly in the future with a slew of upcoming releases for some of his debut 140 productions. by @liquid_dancehall
