The vernissage opened a space for dialogue between artworks, audience and place, once again reflecting the vision of Liquid Art System: creating connections between contemporary research and the territory, allowing each project to shape a new way of looking at what surrounds us.

Within the spaces of Liquid Art System Positano, _Stillness in Time_ by Marco Gizzi revealed itself as an invitation to slow down and look more closely.

Through fruit and everyday objects, Gizzi transforms the familiar into suspended presences, where light, memory and silence seem to resist the passage of time. During the vernissage, the works met the gaze of the visitors, creating a space for contemplation.

_Stillness in Time_ thus invites us to rediscover the extraordinary beauty hidden within everyday life and, for a moment, to fully inhabit the present.

Negli spazi di Liquid Art System Positano, _Stillness in Time_ di Marco Gizzi si è rivelata come un invito a rallentare e osservare più da vicino.

Attraverso frutti e oggetti della quotidianità, Gizzi trasforma ciò che ci è familiare in presenze sospese, dove luce, memoria e silenzio sembrano resistere al passare del tempo. Durante il vernissage, le opere hanno incontrato lo sguardo dei visitatori, creando uno spazio di contemplazione.

On 25 September at 7:00 pm, Liquid Art System returns to the Azur Lounge for the closing event of Art Signature Aperitivo surrounded by sea, light and the sculptures of Giacinto Bosco.

A final encounter where contemporary art and landscape come together in the setting of Hotel Miramalfi.

Prima del Quadro transformed the encounter between art and haute cuisine into an experience suspended between reality and representation.

Within the spaces of Liquid Art System, the models embodied the intense, Caravaggesque world of Roberto Ferri, while the artist observed their gestures, poses and tensions, translating them into drawing.

Accompanying the guests was a gastronomic journey conceived by chef Nino Di Costanzo, created in dialogue with the performance and the artist’s visual world.

The table, the light and the sense of anticipation came together to shape an immersive dimension in which every presence seemed already part of the artwork.

Prima del Quadro ha trasformato l’incontro tra arte e alta cucina in un’esperienza sospesa tra realtà e rappresentazione.

Negli spazi di Liquid Art System, i modelli hanno dato corpo all’universo intenso e caravaggesco di Roberto Ferri, mentre l’artista ne osservava gesti, posture e tensioni, traducendoli nel disegno.

Ad accompagnare gli ospiti, il percorso gastronomico ideato dallo chef Nino Di Costanzo, in dialogo con la performance e con l’immaginario dell’artista.

La tavola, la luce e l’attesa hanno così dato vita a una dimensione immersiva, in cui ogni presenza sembrava appartenere già all’opera.

When two languages meet, the boundaries between disciplines begin to dissolve.

Roberto Ferri’s painting and Nino Di Costanzo’s cuisine emerge from different materials, yet share the same impulse towards transformation.

Pigment, light, matter, temperature, gesture.

Elements belonging to different worlds become, through the creative process, instruments of the same pursuit: giving form to an intuition.

The artwork remains.
The dish disappears.

And yet both exist fully in the moment they are experienced through the gaze, the body, perception.

It is within this tension between permanence and ephemerality, control and instinct, that painting and haute cuisine find common ground.
Creation thus becomes an intimate ritual: a gesture that transforms matter and, for a moment, those who encounter it.

Quando due linguaggi si incontrano, il confine tra le discipline smette di essere netto.

La pittura di Roberto Ferri e la cucina di Nino Di Costanzo partono da materie diverse, ma condividono la stessa tensione verso la trasformazione.

Pigmento, luce, materia, temperatura, gesto.

Elementi che appartengono ad universi differenti e che, attraverso il processo creativo, diventano strumenti di una stessa ricerca: dare forma a un’intuizione.

L’opera resta.
Il piatto scompare.

Eppure entrambi esistono pienamente nel momento in cui vengono attraversati dallo sguardo, dal corpo, dalla percezione.

È in questa relazione tra permanenza ed effimero, tra controllo e istinto, che pittura e alta cucina trovano un terreno comune.
La creazione diventa così un rituale intimo: un gesto che trasforma la materia e, per un istante, anche chi la osserva.

Prima del Quadro brought together two distinct languages, united by the same exploration of matter, form and emotion.

On one side, Roberto Ferri: his intense, theatrical Caravaggesque vision came to life through the models, whom he observed and portrayed during the performance.

On the other, Nino Di Costanzo: the chef created a gastronomic journey that transformed memory, territory and sensitivity into a sequence of dishes conceived as an integral part of the experience.

Painting and haute cuisine met in a suspended space, where the gestures of the artist and the chef gave shape to two different interpretations of the same imaginary world.

An intimate, sensory and unrepeatable experience.

Prima del Quadro ha messo in dialogo due linguaggi distinti, uniti dalla stessa ricerca sulla materia, sulla forma e sull’emozione.

Da una parte, Roberto Ferri: la sua pittura caravaggesca, intensa e teatrale, ha preso vita attraverso i modelli presenti, osservati e ritratti durante la performance.

Dall’altra, Nino Di Costanzo: lo chef ha costruito un percorso gastronomico capace di trasformare memoria, territorio e sensibilità in una sequenza di piatti pensati come parte dell’esperienza.

Pittura e alta cucina si sono incontrate in uno spazio sospeso, dove il gesto dell’artista e quello dello chef hanno dato forma a due interpretazioni dello stesso immaginario.

Un’esperienza intima, sensoriale e irripetibile.

Throughout the Amalfi Coast, it’s common to see signs along the road which mark each town or village. As you drive from one to the next, two signs will be posted together, one with the name of the town you are leaving with a distinctive red slash through it, and one with the name of the town you are entering, signaling you have left one town and entered another. These are the signs found on the road from Capri to Anacapri marking the transition from one side of the island to the other.

For over twenty years, the body has been at the heart of Tiffany Trenda’s artistic research through performance. Today, that same investigation continues through painting, evolving through photography, materiality and artificial intelligence.

In her creative process, Tiffany plays with AI, challenges it and almost tricks it: she conceals parts of the body, alters visual information and observes what the machine gives back. At times, unexpected figures emerge, distortions, almost monstrous presences. It is precisely within this error, in the space between what the human mind imagines and what technology interprets, that a new creative possibility takes shape.

Photography, painting and artificial intelligence overlap within a language that is deeply connected to technology, while still rooted in gesture and in the handcrafted dimension of the artwork.
In Tiffany Trenda’s art, craftsmanship and artificial intelligence bridge the distance between body, technology and viewer. Because each of us carries an unresolved knot within us, and sometimes creation is what brings it to light.

Peter Demetz’s vernissage in Positano opened a suspended space between presence, silence and introspection.

Through the extraordinary precision of wood carving, Demetz reinterprets a traditional technique and transforms it into a deeply contemporary language. His compositions create true three-dimensional scenes, where perspective, space and the human figure draw the viewer into the artwork.

His characters seem captured in a suspended moment: alone, waiting, facing a threshold, a mirror, or something that remains beyond our view. Small stages where stillness and tension coexist, allowing emotions and thoughts to emerge without ever being fully revealed.

Attraverso la straordinaria precisione dell’intaglio del legno, Demetz reinventa una tecnica tradizionale trasformandola in un linguaggio profondamente contemporaneo. Le sue composizioni costruiscono vere e proprie scene tridimensionali, in cui prospettiva, spazio e figura conducono lo spettatore all’interno dell’opera.

I suoi personaggi sembrano colti in un istante trattenuto: soli, in attesa, rivolti verso una soglia, uno specchio o qualcosa che rimane fuori dal nostro sguardo. Piccoli palcoscenici in cui immobilità e tensione convivono, lasciando emergere emozioni e pensieri mai completamente dichiarati.
