With all the hype around “Black Wolf,” we wanted to give “Mirror Breaker” a little love again too! 🪞 🪓

This was our first song back after a nearly 15 year hiatus, and we hope you’re all still spinning it! Check out the video and BTS too— we had a lot of fun making that one!

Hello Everyone! I am happy to announce that I will be teaching Hot Athlete at @crunchgreenvalley on Thursday Mornings at 9:15am.

Hot Athlete incorporates mobility, strength, amped up cardio, core, and flexibility work into a 45 minute class designed to burn fat and build muscle, in conjunction with the therapeutic effects of infrared heat that will help you feel loose, strong, and ready to take on your day.

Bring your own mat, towel, and water.

See you there!
