You’ve practiced your poses… but do you know how you’re getting to the box? 👠📍 Part 3 of our STAGE EDUCATION SERIES is all about stage setups and possible presentation routes! Your entrance and exit may change depending on the show. You might cross the stage—or enter and exit on the same side. Swipe through to see examples, starting with our typical Nashville Fit Show setup. 💜 For our NPC amateur competitors, focus on the first slides that say “NPC Stage Set Up” at the top: you will simply walk directly to the box to do your presentation and follow the instructed exit or lineup back to the diagonal route. At the end, we’ve included examples of other presentation patterns you may have heard called a “T-walk” or “I-walk,” which are NOT used in this organization – along with typical IFBB Pro presentation examples. These are here to help you understand the terminology—not to add extra stops to your presentation especially if you’re an NPC amateur! 💎 The biggest takeaway?  Confirm YOUR route at the show with the expeditors. Attend or watch your athlete meeting/video, listen to the expeditors backstage and onstage, and ask if anything is unclear. You will never be left to figure this out on your own. :) 💜 Practice tip: Rehearse entering and exiting from BOTH sides so a different setup doesn’t throw you off! The best athletes practice and are ready for any scenario! Save this for your next posing practice, & share it with your competition prep buddy! ✨ #NashvilleFitShow #StageEducation #NPCCompetitor #PosingPractice #StagePresence by @liquidsunrayz

I’m so incredibly proud of this routine! 🥹 So much hard work went into it and my goal for this show was simple: bring a better routine to the stage. I did just that! Still plenty to improve on, but I’m so proud of what I put up. 🙂‍↕️🫶🏾❤️‍🔥 @xtlabs.international @xtlabs_333 @absoluteaestheticss @liquidsunrayz @liquidsunrayzcol by @liquidsunrayz
