Hit the one-year milestone last month—13 months in now. 💪🏼🤍

Although I shared it in my stories, this transformation deserves a permanent spot on my feed.

Where it all began 13 months ago: 71.4 kg.

When I started, I really didn't know what to expect. No shortcuts, just pure consistency.

The gap between these two measurements took exactly 8 MONTHS (17-11-2025 vs. 14-07-2026). 👇🏼

• From 29.8% to 18% body fat percentage
• 7.4 kg lighter (from 67.2 kg to 59.8 kg)
• 9.2 kg of pure fat lost
• 1.7 kg of muscle mass gained
• Metabolic age down from 36 to 30

Apparently, building muscle and losing fat at the same time truly is the 'holy grail' of fitness. I am just incredibly proud of this progress.

Heading into next year, I have no specific expectations. I’m just going to keep this momentum going, and see where I find myself.

The Golden Era: Me, myself & I. ❤️
