Happy 3rd birthday to my beautiful boy. 🤍 My momma heart was so emotional making this reel. I truly can’t believe you’re already THREE. Looking back through videos from the past three years, I couldn’t help but wonder how time managed to slip through my fingers so quickly. I told myself not to blink. To soak it all in. To hold onto every little moment… and somehow, it still went by way too fast. I have loved every single version of the little person you’ve been — every stage, every laugh, every little quirk, every cuddle, every new thing you’ve learned — and I can’t wait to love every version of the person you’re becoming. What is the 1 percent better actually mean? Being 1% better is the practice of continuous, incremental improvement—focusing on making tiny, daily gains in habits, skills, or mindset that compound into massive results over time. Where do we often lose sight of this? We are in a strange online world where perfection is simulated. People are striving for overwhelming transformations overnight. This surge of low cost advice, everything for free, my perfect life, looks maxing, false advice, false idols, do this instead of this, this one hack that will save your life, are many examples. The internet is trying to create shortcuts and people are buying into it. This has opened up a world that has a rise of mental health issues, endocrine disorders, body dysmorphia, addictions, etc. You can beat 99 percent of people if you can: A) Master your shame of rejection B) Dont get bored of repetition C) Be receptive of the pain that comes with feedback D) Don't be afraid to look stupid in front of the people you love and care for E) If you're wiling to fail over and over again F) If you can just KEEP GOING even after it is no longer convenient for you. That's just to scratch a surface here. Those 6 things are a cohort of many tiny little beautiful skills, habits and mindset practices. All this and more you can learn with the OVERTIME METHOD which builds many foundations for many areas of discipline. You only need to reach out if you dont know where to begin. I started writing this as a comment… but somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t writing about them at all—I was writing about you. My sweet girl, Watching you grow has been the most beautiful… and the hardest thing all at once. ❤️ As moms, we try to hold onto every moment, while secretly wishing we could go back to when our babies were little… just to hold them one more time. I still see that little girl—
the one whose smile stopped my world, whose first steps made me cheer the loudest, who looked to me because I was her safe place. I remember your first day of kindergarten. You were scared… and so was I. But I told you, “You can do it. You’re so brave.”
And you believed me. And now…
 here we are. The last day of school. You don’t need me to hold your hand anymore.
You’re walking forward on your own—with the confidence you’ve always had. Watching you become this incredible young woman has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am so proud of you. Your strength. Your kindness. Your heart. You are everything I hoped for… and so much more. If I could go back, I’d hold onto those little moments just a bit longer— your tiny hugs, your giggles, your wonder. But no matter how much you grow,

Happy 18th Birthday to my beautiful sunshine. ☀️❤️ Eighteen. How did we get here? It feels like just yesterday I was holding your tiny little hand, kissing your cheeks, watching your first steps, walking you into your first day of school, and telling you, “You’ve got this.” And now here you are… stepping into adulthood. Oh, my mama heart wasn’t ready for this. This year has been full of so many big changes, and somehow this one feels like the biggest of them all. I am so incredibly proud of the beautiful woman you have become. You are kind, strong, compassionate, brave, and everything I ever hoped you would be. Having children is like your heart walking around outside of your body .It’s the most beautiful feeling in the world… and the most terrifying. Watching your heart explore a world you can’t always protect it from. There is a part of me that wishes I could hold on to just one more moment. B One more little hand reaching for mine. One more hug where you fit perfectly in my arms. Just one more day with my little girl before the world gets to know the incredible woman I’ve had the privilege of loving all these years. When I look at you, everyone else sees an 18-year-old young woman. I still see my little girl . I still see your tiny fingers wrapped around mine, your first laugh, your tears, your dreams, your beautiful smile. I still see every version of you all at once. No matter where life takes you, never forget that you will always have a home in my arms, a safe place in my heart, and someone who will always believe in you—even on the days you don’t believe in yourself.
