How many spins is too many? In Salsa… the limit does not exist. 💃🕺 Whether you’re mastering your first turn or flying through multiple spins, every song is another chance to have fun on the dance floor.

The dancing is special, but the people you meet along the way are even more special. Forever grateful for teachers who welcomed me into their home and treat me like family✨💓

A little sleep deprived, a lot inspired, and very happy I said yes to New York. 🗽✨

Days full of training, nights full of dancing, new friends, new memories, and a whole lot of salsa. 💃🏽 by @lisa_merced

As usual, here’s my very late competition post. 😅

@royallatindancecup was an incredible weekend, and I was so impressed by how well the event was organized. I’m beyond grateful to be part of Miel Latin and Project Baila.

A huge thank you to @davidprin_cr and @itsjustmisa for continually pushing us to grow and become better dancers, and to @maggo.mx for leading Project Baila. We competed against some incredibly strong teams, and I’m so proud of what we accomplished together.

Thank you to my salsa partner, @cespedes6923 , for sharing the floor with me and being part of this journey. Here’s to many more. ❤️💃 by @lisa_merced
