While walking/jogging on the trail today, I was in awe of the beauty all around me. Not just the beauty of nature but the beauty of all of the people on the trial. Giving hugs, saying hello and photographing the rainbows! What a beautiful way to walk into the new year! I just love the vibes where I live, we have the best neighbors. ✨ Messenger of Stillness ✨
Today, while tending to my garden, I spotted this beautiful praying mantis perched quietly among the flowers.

The mantis is a powerful symbol in many spiritual traditions — a reminder of stillness, patience, and divine timing. It teaches us to pause, listen deeply, and move only when guided by inner knowing.

In a world that urges us to rush and react, the mantis whispers, “Wait. Be still. Let Spirit move through you.”
