Marcos Agency is 1 year old ! What a year… Growing up, I could never picture myself in just one specific career. I had so many passions, but never one clear dream job, only the desire to do something meaningful and special. For years, I focused on my studies, worked toward getting my bachelor’s degree, and hoped that eventually I’d figure out what came next. But even when graduation day arrived, I still couldn’t picture myself working for a “dream company.” Every option felt incomplete, there were always things I wanted to change, improve, or do differently. And then one day, I woke up and asked myself:
What if I actually created my dream job instead? What if I built, from scratch, a business that truly represents me? Without overthinking it, I started building Marcos Agency. I had to create everything from the ground up: the name, the logo, the vision, the goals, the services, the pricing, the contracts, the paperwork… everything. And on May 21st 2025, it officially began. I won’t lie, it’s been scary at times. Relying entirely on myself, being my own boss, creating my own income, and building a name for myself. But the creative freedom, the connections with other founders and clients, and the opportunity to build something that genuinely feels like mine has been incredibly fulfilling every single day. But mainly: I wouldn’t be here without the people around me. I’m endlessly grateful to my family, who simply told me, “Go for it, you’ll make it work.”
To my partner, who never doubted me for a second.
To my friends, who continue to support me like the biggest cheerleaders.
To my clients, amazing people and brands that trusted me.
And to everyone who has been part of this journey so far. Year 2 starts today, and I can’t wait to keep sharing new projects, milestones, and emotions with all of you. Thank you again for everything.
I love you all very much 🤍 Lisa taken in Lausanne - Switzerland by @lisaamarcos
