Starting my journey as a pilates teacher during first trimester of pregnancy certainly came with its challenges...like being able to read how difficult a class was while feeling my own strength change. As always it's a constant juggling act for women trying too manage family life with a career. All I know is that I would not have been able to do it without the support & encouragement from the girls @pulsepilates1, and from my regular clients that kept a smile on my face during those first few weeks. It's a wonderful community to be part of, I'm so glad I took the plunge.

I've started teaching one Sunday morning a month as well as my weekly classes. I hope to see a few new faces. Don't be fooled into thinking I'll go easy on you 😉

🌟 Meet Lisa – Our New Reformer Pilates Instructor! 🌟

Lisa’s passion for health and wellness began back in 2010 when she studied health and nutrition. For years, she stayed active with running and yoga, but after having her first child, she needed a change of pace.

Struggling with back pain, multiple trips to the osteopath led her to Pilates, and she quickly discovered it was the long-term solution she needed. From there, her love for the practice only grew, leading her to complete her Reformer Pilates teacher training this year!

Lisa’s goal? To help others move dynamically, build core strength, and avoid preventable injuries—especially those caused by everyday life, like lifting little ones! She believes that strength in movement leads to strength in life, and she’s excited to bring her passion to Pulse Pilates.

💛 Join Lisa in class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12.30pm and experience her fun, challenging, and empowering approach to Pilates!
