Made the cake of my dreams (a princess pistachio chiffon cake with pastry cream, strawberry jam, and brown sugar mascarpone whipped cream, wrapped in pistachio marzipan!!!!!) @paris.starn ‘s recipe, of course. I learned a lot and will be making another one this year. Thank you, dear friends, for the birthday love and eating this cake— it was a wonderful one!! And I miss you, my loves & my family, back in my old home of sweet Missouri. I thought of you a lot on this day. by @lisahoudei
