Sunday’s sunset for your viewing pleasure. It helps looking at a peaceful scene to relax your nervous system. 🧘🏻‍♀️

We are currently in the midst of a big thunderstorm, (one of many we’ve been having lately.) With all the thunderstorms and fireworks these last several weeks, I’m thinking about all the poor dogs out there who have a hard time during these events.

While there’s nothing we can do about the thunderstorms, please consider them before blasting off a bunch of fireworks. It’s so stressful for them, especially since their hearing and sensitivities are way more intense than humans. Thank you. 🙏🏼 🐾 taken in Sunset Beach by @lisajoygoodman

My view this morning! 💖💙💜

We have a major heat warning today. 🥵 It already feels like 110° so I cut a whole bunch of my hydrangeas and brought of them inside. They don’t like the intense heat. 🔥

I sure hope the rest of them outside make it, as we are scheduled to have two really hot days in a row.

I absolutely love the range in colors! This is one of my favorite color palettes ever! It is also the most prolific year of these lovely flowers blooming and I’m super excited! 🥳 Something pretty and uplifting to focus on right now. 🙌🏼 by @lisajoygoodman

Finally went back into my studio to do some art. It’s been over five weeks. There’s no timeline on grief though. Still missing my dear girl 🐾, (creative partner, muse, soul dog) but, I could feel her sweet “essence” and energy with me. 🙏🏼💖 by @lisajoygoodman
