One of my AMAZING athletes had her stage photo featured on the morning news today, and I was honored to receive a shoutout as her coach! 💜

Watching my clients chase big goals—both on and off the stage—is one of the greatest privileges of what I do 🙏🏼

The confidence, discipline, and resilience they build throughout prep extends far beyond bodybuilding, and seeing that recognized publicly is so special ✨

I’m incredibly proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. This is just the beginning! 💃

Congratulations again—you earned every moment of this 👏🏼

Coaching applications are OPEN! DM me “COACHING” or apply through the 🔗 in my bio to get started! 🫡

14 days out and (YES!!!), I’m counting. As each day goes by I’m reminded that this is about the journey, not the destination. Pushing when you think you can’t push any further, creating a balance when it feels impossible, and controlling your mind when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed and emotional. Prep brain (Google this one) is, in fact, a real thing 🧠🤪 One step at a time has become my motto of late. 💪 💫 by @lisamichelletodd

Happy Birthday to my favorite boy. My greatest blessing is being your mom and endlessly learning through you how to show up as the best me I can be. I love you more than words ❤️ by @lisamichelletodd

7 weeks out Saturday and today it occurred to me that’s SOON! Lots of progress to make and cutting to do, meanwhile the prep goggles 🥽 are real. Imperfections are so easy to find and we focus on “flaws”, but the goal is to stay the course, head down…keep going even when it’s hard; ESPECIALLY when it’s hard.

Practice makes you…better than you were yesterday. Motivation left the building months ago and all that’s left is the discipline to keep showing up. by @lisamichelletodd

I played and Chat GPT was EXTREMELY generous with the muscle and BF %. The thought bubble 💭 with my son, Adam is particularly laughable. And yes, of course I wore that to work, don’t we all?? 🙈 by @lisamichelletodd

Counting down the final months of the build 💪. Working out consistently and seeing the number on the scale ⬆️ can mess with your 🧠. Trusting that the process will all payoff for competition 2026. Gratitude 4 the best gym community as we push a little harder everyday @bethlehemthebeast @nick.antap @resurrection_fit @bailey10haken @kellijohnson by @lisamichelletodd
