Come back to YOU after years of putting yourself last

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
You do not have to hate your life to know something is missing.

You can appreciate the life you have, love your family and friends, and still feel an emptiness you cannot quite explain when you realize you aren’t even sure who you are anymore.

That can be hard to admit.
Because when there is so much to be grateful for, wanting something for yourself can almost feel wrong.

You think you should be satisfied and tell yourself other people have it harder.
You’ve been told that wanting more means you are selfish, ungrateful, or impossible to please.

Wanting to feel fully alive and like yourself again does not mean you want a different family or to blow up your whole life.

You want your needs, opinions, interests, and dreams to matter too.

That can look like:

• Freedom to say what you really think.
• Getting excited about something simply because it sounds good to you.
• Making plans because you want to, not because you’re the one expected to organize everything.
• The freedom to change your mind.
• Having goals again that have nothing to do with what anyone else needs from you.
• The confidence to make a decision without wondering how everyone else will feel about it first.

And none of that cancels out your gratitude.

You can love your life and still want more of YOU in it.

If you’re figuring out who you are now too, follow along. That’s what we talk about here. by @lisaroeofficial

I remember waking up and thinking,
“What the heck do I do now?”

For years, my life had been full and very busy.

I was:

* raising a family
* married for 30+ years
* managing a household
* taking care of everyone
* fixing everyone’s problems
* showing up where I was needed
* doing what had to be done
* working and volunteering
* helping aging parents

Then, somehow, it felt like all of it changed at once.
My girls grew up, moved out, and started lives of their own.

I had to leave my job because of chronic illness, and that was just the start of it. Being sick took more from me than I expected.

It was not just income or routine. I lost confidence, independence, purpose, structure, and a version of myself I had been for years.

My marriage was struggling.
I was lonely, confused, and not sure what was next for me.

And for the first time in a very long time, I asked myself one question:

Who am I now?

I knew who I had been as a mother, wife, daughter, and employee.

I was dependable, useful, strong, supportive, and the person who kept going no matter what.

But when some of those roles changed or disappeared, I realized I had spent so long making choices around responsibility that I wasn’t even sure what I wanted or who I was.

Even figuring out what I enjoyed, with nobody else’s needs involved, felt strangely hard.

I had spent so many years living a life around my roles that I had to find out who I was underneath all of it.

The 7-Day Self-Love Summit is what helped me do that.

If you’ve spent years giving, caring, carrying, surviving, working, parenting, keeping it all together, and find yourself asking:

What about me now?

Wondering…
Who am I now?
What do I want?
What do I need?
What parts of myself did I forget?
And what do I want the next part of my life to look like?

If you’re asking some of those questions too, the Summit is free.

Self-love is realizing that feeling seen is only the beginning.🌸

You became so good at taking care of everyone else that you stopped knowing what you even need.

You learned to stay strong, keep the peace, carry the load, question yourself, push through exhaustion, or become whatever the people around you needed.

And eventually you start wondering:
Where did I go?

You are the woman Inner Bloom is for.

After years of caregiving, relationships, motherhood, responsibility, heartbreak, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, and putting yourself last, you may not even know what you want anymore.

Inner Bloom gives you a place to reconnect with the parts of yourself that got pushed aside:

🌸 self-worth and self-trust
🌸 identity and knowing yourself again
🌸 relationships and the patterns you keep repeating
🌸 emotional healing and nervous-system support
🌸 spirituality, intuition and reconnecting with yourself
🌸 wellness, money and personal growth
🌸 community with women doing this work too

Inside, you’ll find 70+ coaches and healers, workshops, courses, practices and a community of women who are figuring some of this out too.

But the heart of it is simple:
Inner Bloom Becoming is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you always were.

If you have spent years being everything for everyone and you are ready to start figuring out what you want, need, and believe, comment BLOOM and I’ll send you a look inside. 🌸 by @lisaroeofficial

How much love have you talked yourself out of because somewhere along the way, you started believing you weren’t worthy of receiving it?

Not just romantic love. The kind of love that doesn’t leave you wondering where you stand, constantly proving your worth, or feeling guilty for having needs of your own.

When you’ve spent years believing you’re difficult to love, that belief can quietly influence what you accept in relationships and what you convince yourself you shouldn’t expect.

You might recognize yourself in some of these:

• You apologize for having feelings because you worry you’re being too much.

• You settle for inconsistent affection because asking for more feels unreasonable.

• You question someone’s genuine interest because you can’t understand what they see in you.

• You work so hard to be easy to love that you forget to ask whether YOU feel loved.

These patterns can start to feel like personality traits rather than beliefs you’ve learned about yourself.

But what if the problem was never that you were too damaged to be loved? What if you’ve been making choices based on a story about yourself that was never true?

Imagine being able to express what you need without immediately feeling guilty. To recognize when a relationship isn’t meeting your needs instead of assuming you’re asking for too much. To stop measuring your worth by how someone else treats you.

That kind of change begins when you start questioning the beliefs you’ve been carrying about yourself.

Comment BEYOND if you’re ready to stop letting old beliefs decide what kind of love you deserve and start trusting yourself to choose differently. I’ll send you Beyond Beliefs to help you begin changing the story you’ve been living by. 🌸

You don’t have to become someone else to be worthy of love. You can begin by questioning everything that convinced you otherwise.❤️‍🩹 by @lisaroeofficial

One of the most frustrating parts of healing is realizing that understanding WHY you do something doesn’t mean you’ll automatically stop doing it. 🥺

You know why you struggle to trust people, but still pull away when someone gets too close.

You’ve recognized your people-pleasing patterns, yet saying no still comes with guilt.

And after years of putting everyone else first, figuring out what YOU want can feel surprisingly difficult.😩

It’s frustrating when you’ve already done so much work on yourself, only to find an old pattern showing up again.

But recognizing a belief and learning to make different choices are two separate parts of healing and growth.

Imagine what could change if you stopped automatically believing every thought that tells you you’re asking for too much, being selfish, or wanting something you don’t deserve.

You could start to:

• Say what you actually mean instead of keeping everyone happy & comfortable.

• Make decisions without needing everyone else’s approval.

• Set boundaries without spending days feeling guilty.

• Give yourself permission to pursue something you’ve wanted for years.

Comment NEXT if you’re ready to stop letting old beliefs make decisions for you and start trusting yourself to choose differently.

And I’ll send you the free resource “Beyond Beliefs” to help you take that first step. 🌸

Healing doesn’t mean you’ll never fall back into an old pattern.

It means you can begin recognizing what’s happening, respond differently, and rebuild trust in yourself along the way.

Be patient with yourself while still moving forward. ❤️‍🩹 by @lisaroeofficial

Healing gets frustrating when you expect yourself to eventually reach a point where nothing bothers you anymore.

You’ve done the work. You understand yourself better. You’ve changed so much for the good.

Then something happens and suddenly an old feeling is RIGHT there again. 😔

It can be easy to think, “Seriously? I thought I was past this.🤬
But being affected by something doesn’t erase the healing you’ve already done. 🫶🏻

Sometimes the growth is in what happens NEXT. 💫

You notice the feeling before immediately reacting to it.
Recognize the old pattern while it’s happening.
You give yourself a minute before sending the text, shutting down, over-explaining, or doing whatever you once did automatically.

And when you DO react in an old way, you don’t spend the next three days beating yourself up about it. 🙅🏼‍♀️

You find your way back to yourself a little sooner.

Healing doesn’t mean becoming a woman who is never triggered, hurt, disappointed, or affected by her past.

Part of coming back to yourself is recognizing the beliefs underneath the patterns you keep repeating.

Comment NEXT if you’re ready to recognize the beliefs shaping your choices and start writing a different story for yourself, and I’ll send you my free Beyond Beliefs guide + workbook. 🌸 by @lisaroeofficial

Not every breakthrough is obvious while healing.

Sometimes you only recognize it afterwards.

You notice that something which once consumed your thoughts doesn’t have the same hold on you anymore. You respond differently to a situation that used to send you spiralling. You hear something that suddenly gives language to a feeling you’ve carried for years, and a piece of your story finally makes sense.

We can become so focused on healing the “right” way that we forget how deeply personal emotional healing actually is.

Therapy can be part of it. So can self-reflection, honest
conversations, solitude, creativity, music, movement, rest, boundaries, laughter, grief, and the quiet moments when you finally allow yourself to feel what you’ve been trying so hard to understand.

Personal growth doesn’t always arrive as a dramatic breakthrough. Sometimes it’s simply the moment you realize you’re responding to your life with more self-love, awareness, and compassion than you once could.

You don’t have to force every healing moment or know where the next realization will come from.

And if something inside you knows you’re ready for a deeper season of healing, self-discovery, and transformation, registration for Inner Bloom is now open for the woman you are and the one you’re ready to become.🌸

The woman who looks the strongest is simply the one who became very good at holding everything in.

She keeps going because that’s what she knows how to do. She handles what needs handling, shows up for the people who need her, pushes through the difficult days, and tells herself she can deal with her own feelings later.

Until later becomes years.

There can be a strange kind of identity wrapped up in being the one who can handle everything. When you’ve spent so long being capable, allowing yourself to need rest, support, softness, or even space to fall apart can feel almost unfamiliar.

But sometimes when you finally stop holding everything so tightly, you discover that underneath all that strength are parts of you that never actually disappeared.

The woman who laughed more easily. The one who wanted things simply because they made her happy. The part of you that dreamed without immediately calculating whether it was practical. The softer parts of yourself that somehow became harder while you were busy taking care of everything and everyone else.

She wasn’t lost. She was simply waiting for enough space to come forward again.

Healing isn’t always about becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s about coming home to the parts of yourself you had to leave behind while you were busy surviving.🌸 by @lisaroeofficial

You can make peace with parts of your past and still feel them show up in the present.

You may understand some of what shaped you, recognize patterns you’ve carried, and have enough self-awareness to notice when an old response is surfacing.

And yet, something happens that feels a little too familiar and your body responds before your thoughts have caught up.

Your chest tightens. You want to pull away. You overthink the conversation or feel yourself reaching for an old way of protecting yourself.

This doesn’t mean all the healing you’ve done hasn’t worked. Understanding your past can be incredibly powerful, but knowing why you feel something and knowing how to meet yourself when you feel it are two very different things.

That second part is where self-love becomes more than an idea.

It becomes the way you speak to yourself when an old pattern appears. The compassion you offer yourself instead of judgment. The boundaries you honour even when they feel uncomfortable. The willingness to stay connected to yourself instead of abandoning what you feel.

You don’t need to become better at explaining your wounds.

You can begin learning how to love yourself through them. 🌸

If you’re ready to move beyond understanding your patterns and begin practicing a deeper relationship with yourself, comment ACTIVATE and I’ll send you the Inner Bloom Self-Love Challenge. by @lisaroeofficial

The shift into wealth can begin long before the money ever arrives.

There comes a point when a woman realizes she doesn’t need more evidence, permission, or proof that she’s ready. She simply decides that the life she desires is worthy of being pursued, and that she is willing to become the woman capable of creating it.

That decision doesn’t mean every fear disappears or that she suddenly knows exactly how everything will unfold. It means she stops allowing uncertainty to have the final say.

She becomes more intentional with her energy, clearer about what she will and won’t accept, more willing to be seen, and increasingly available for the opportunities she once might have talked herself out of.

This is where the frequency begins to change.

Wealth isn’t only about what you have in your bank account today. It can also be reflected in the way you trust yourself, the standards you hold, the choices you make, and the willingness to move toward what you want before there is external proof that it will work.

There is something powerful about reaching the point where you no longer need your current circumstances to validate your future vision.

You’ve decided where you’re going.
Now you get to become the woman who can meet it there. 🌸

Sometimes the manifestation doesn’t begin with having. It begins with deciding.

Save this one for the moments when you need to reconnect with the vision. by @lisaroeofficial

What if the breakthrough you’ve been chasing in your MONEY isn’t actually about money?

You can learn the strategy.
Set the income goal.
Repeat the affirmations.
Work harder.

But if a deeper part of you still doesn’t feel safe to receive, hold, trust, choose, or be seen… the same pattern can keep appearing in different forms.

In your relationships, it may look like abandoning your boundaries.
In your healing, it may look like doubting yourself.
In your business, it may look like undercharging, shrinking, procrastinating, or struggling to receive more.

Different branches.
Same root.

And this is where everything can begin to shift:
✨ You stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
✨ You start noticing the pattern underneath the pattern.
✨ You build the self-trust to choose differently.
✨ You become available for a new relationship with love, money, boundaries, and yourself.

Your wealth building doesn’t have to happen AFTER you heal.

It can become part of your healing.

If you’re ready to uncover what may be keeping you stuck and begin creating your next chapter, comment FREEDOM below and I’ll send you the Inner Bloom Freedom Plan.🌸

MONEY ISN’T THE GOAL. FREEDOM IS.💥

For me, financial freedom means being able to make decisions based on what matters to me, instead of what fear says I can afford.

✈️ Book the trip and make the memories.
💗 Help my family when I choose to.
🌸 Invest in myself without guilt.
🚪 Walk away from something that is no longer right for me.
💫 Say YES to an opportunity without immediately thinking, “I can’t.”

Money on its own is not my dream.
The choices it gives me are.

If money wasn’t making the decision, what would you say YES to...and what would you finally say NO to?

Your answer tells you something important about the life you’re trying to create.

And here is where I’ve changed:

I am no longer apologizing for wanting financial freedom.
I’m learning, taking action and building a life where fear doesn’t get the final vote. 🫶🏼

If that is the kind of freedom you’re ready to start creating too, today is the day to look at what I’ve been doing.

The $25/month birthday offer ends today.
Comment FREEDOM and I’ll show you the first step.🌸 by @lisaroeofficial
