And then there were two 🥰 the second book in the Mastery of Monsters series, A Clash of Carnivores is officially out today!! This book is everything I wished for my second in a trilogy to be: action-packed, full of twists, romantically fraught, and very dramatic 😎 you will not find a second book lull here. I am so extremely proud of this book and hope that fans of the series will enjoy it! And for those of you who haven’t read the first book yet, a reminder that it’s available on Kindle Unlimited (it disappeared for a bit but it’s back!) and of course you can also get a copy via your local indie or library ☺️🖤

I’m so excited to share that my adult debut novel will be coming out in 2027 from @thedialpress edited by the fantastic @mayagramz 🖤 it is such a dream to me to be able to share this story with you all, and a huge thank you to my agent @kristyshunter who continued to believe in me even when I didn’t have any faith left. I’m looking forward to this new step in my career as an author! #thistimewillbedifferent #bookdeal by @lisellesambury

We’re TWO DAYS away from release now! 😱 time is truly flying and it’s also time for another fun fact. The mastery books honestly always take me the longest time to write because of how much is involved in each book, but it’s always interesting to me how much changed or didn’t from first draft to final.

It’s 2024 and I’m watching the Paris Olympics. It’s one of many rowing matches that I will watch and I have heard the word “repechage” for the first time. I am forever changed. I have been struggling to figure out how to structure these one on one monster matches and now I have a solution. I proceed to create so many character names 😬 but it’s worth it! And now we’re 5 days out from publication of this newest instalment in my dark academia fantasy!!!

Sat back and mentally patted myself on the back when I wrote this line, not gonna lie 😌

We are officially less than a week away from publication now!! The next book in this dark academia fantasy trilogy will be out very soon. For fans of deadly competitions, slow burn romance, and secret societies. Follow a girl who teams up with a monster boy to save her brother and now, to avenge her mother 👀
