August- the transition from golden and sizzling summer days to the softer edge of autumn. Innerbloom truly feels like the fitting title for this. Seeing Rüfüs Du Sol was a highlight. Trying to soak in all that is now. I can tell transitions are happening quickly and l cannot try to grasp at anything. 🪩💫🧚‍♀️🎶✨ by @lishlady

Spring, you fickle little thing! I never know what what you'll bring! This season has been filled with newness and growth. It was MARVELOUS being a body double and stand-in for @xtina! for @nexxushaircare! This shoot was filled with robotic moving arms and all the cool hair products & tools. Truly grateful to be a part of great productions and creative projects like these. 💇🏼‍♀️ 🤖 💗🩵💜 by @lishlady

St. Thomas was my first time visiting the Caribbean. Waking up to roosters crowing, rain on the tin roof, crazy island city chaos noises in the background, and a sumphony of other wild sounds was invigorating. Iguanas definitely have their kingdom here, island kitties are everywhere, and the hues of the ocean are blues I have never seen before. It was a lovely and crazy escape. Taking a ferry to St. John was a windy and rainy day. Exploring sugarcane ruins while running through a rainstorm. Spicy jerk chicken, key lime pie, rice and beans, island made ginger beer, and the local mustard hot sauce were all the tingling senses to remember. Holding onto the glimmers and adventure, while the world feels turbulent in every way. 🐓 🦎 🌞 🧜‍♀️ 🌊 🏝️ taken in St. Thomas USVI by @lishlady

Find us where the lavender blooms. The lavender iced tea, lavender ice cream, and lavender fields whisper that things will be lighter, life can slow down, and you can be present in gentle moments like this despite the worries of the world. 💜🌿✨ #lavender #123farm by @lishlady

I always look to spring with newness. Things have felt very uncertain and uncomfortable as of late. It seems the whole world has changed. I am working on unfurling, blooming, reaching, letting go, and growing. Time seems like it ticks by more quickly than ever. Summer will be here before we know it. Trying to grasp onto all the details along the way and find a way back to me. 🌿🌸🌿 by @lishlady
