Rik is the one making sure the wine and drinks are cold and ready, the garden is looking as green and beautiful as possible, and the swimming pool is sparkling and waiting for that first dive.

Lisa is behind the food that brings everyone together, making sure everything tastes just right and that, around our table, you feel at home.

And then there’s Loupie — quite possibly the highlight of your stay. He’s the one who finds you just when you’re trying to quietly read a book or take a little nap, with absolutely no shame, to ask if you’d rather play with him. And, of course, he’s always around from breakfast to dinner, patiently — or not so patiently — trying to steal a little something from your plate.

Ten years after discovering Pilates—a practice that has supported me through different moments in life, both mentally and physically—I finally decided, last winter, to take the leap and become a teacher myself.

Three hundred hours of training later, I’m so happy to finally find my own voice and share the movements and classes I love most.

This summer, I’ll be teaching by the swimming pool and under the olive trees at our guest house in Provence @oleaterra_ . I can’t wait to welcome you. 🤍
