❤️‍🔥 First Bachata Influence demo
⚡️ WTF happened here ? 😮‍💨

Thank you @lisondra 🐾 for this incredible connection that came out of nowhere. For those few minutes, it felt like nothing else existed around us and the lyrics. ❤️‍🩹✨

We had never danced to this song before. We just wanted to listen, connect, and feel every single moment for the first time together. And somehow… it became my favorite demo I’ve ever danced.

The greatest gift we’ve ever received was seeing students cry during our demo… then coming to us with tears in their eyes, thanking us and telling us how deeply they felt with us. 🩹

📍 @roma_sensual_symposium , thank you for this amazing festival and all these crazy moments. ✨

🙏🏾 Thank you @by_gatica @melvinbeltran_ . You awakened something in me that I didn’t even know was there. I still have so much to learn, but I’ll keep learning, exploring and finding my own way to express everything the way you taught us. 🫶🏾

Hair, hair HAIR! 🎀

I want to say thank you for all the beautiful comments about my hair color 🙏❤️

To be honest it took me some time to get used to it, but now!? I think I identify myself with it!!

In May this year I decided to go for a collaboration with @alaa_stylist to make a balayage!

His salon is located at Drottninggatan 73 in Stockholm. SUCH a cute salon! Go and visit just to get the atmosphere 💕 (super close to Stockholm Salsa Dance)

And the experience they gave me… The whole team is wonderful, welcoming, funny
and I even got the feeling I was part of a family 😂

So! If you want to get your hair done in Stockholm - YOU KNOW THE PLACE! ❤️

.

Also! So much love to a friend and great videographer who kept me company:

Did you know my real name is Cecilia?

Lisondra was never really planned — it just accidentally became my artist name (though it is my middle name)

But now? I kind of love having a whole different persona to step into when I dance. ❤️

Working on some choreo for my queens, while realizing my dance studio is also my kids’ playground. 😅

Monkey-trend. Unpolished version 😅

You know what I like about this video? The look in his eyes, in the end, saying “whyyyy?”. He gave me that look so many times that weekend, it became a sport for me to trigger it 😂😂😂

This was obviously NOT filmed for Instagram content 😂

Choreographing a wedding dance in my bedroom, with an unmade bed, no makeup, my favourite old home T-shirt… and a stain on my shorts. 😂

But hey, here’s a little glimpse into my everyday life.

Welcome in! 🫶

It's always a pleasure to have fun on the song's musicality with other talented dancers.

We met at @roma_sensual_symposium for the first time and immediately had an amazing connection!

It was so fun dancing together and meeting each other while doing silly things in between.

Can't wait for more dances in the future!
