June has been a beautiful reminder to slow down and reconnect with the things that bring peace. 🌿☀️ by @lissaamarie__

Owning one business or multiple will shift everything.
You go from 3 meals a day to 1… not because you can’t, but because you’re constantly building, moving, pushing.

In that grind, I lost sight of what matters most, my body. The lupus flares made it clear… something had to change.

Now, it’s different. I prioritize both.

Discipline over comfort.
Long-term over temporary.
Sacrifice now so I never have to later.

One day at a time. Staying focused.

To every business owner chasing something bigger don’t forget to take care of your health along the way. by @lissaamarie__

Cassino for the last week in Italy, to spend time with family & friends ❤️ this summer has been absolutely amazing! by @lissaamarie__

Montecassino is considered one of the holiest places in the Catholic Church. Monte Cassino abbey is one of the largest monasteries in Italy, and is in turn known for the infamous Battle of Monte Cassino, and the abbey’s destruction in 1944 for those who don’t know.

We got our rosary’s blessed, we prayed for our loved ones, lit a candle for our family we have lost & had a vulnerable moment together as a family hand in hand with god. Such a beautiful experience to have! by @lissaamarie__
