Man, what a trip. Huge thank you to @mufflerbearings and @rwd__vtwin for inviting me out to Sturgis to help this year. This trip has definitely reignited my passion for this industry thanks to all the awesome people I met as well as old friends I got to hang out with also!
Had a blast being everybody’s DD for two weeks, and I’m definitely proud of myself for staying sober this whole trip. Shout out to our favorite bartenders. @jerss.ey and @tumbleweed.ems for keeping my Virgin margaritas flowing😂

I’ve never been one to post stuff like this or air, my dirty laundry on the Internet, but I’m super proud of my progress and if this motivates even one person to get their shit together, then I’d be stoked. So here y’all go.

Let’s take a second to talk about burnout, it’s fucking real and it’s a motherfucker.
If you’ve known me long enough or are close enough to me, you know that my life the last six years has been quite the roller coaster. Failed business partnerships, starting over multiple times, incredibly unhealthy habits, and not putting myself first as well as living in an almost constant state of survival mode for six years. I’ve burned bridges with friends and other people who will remain irreplaceable in my life not handling things in a healthy way or practicing boundaries. The last three years alone, I’ve worked a full-time job as well as starting my own business, sleep has not been a luxury that I have gotten to enjoy much since then and I’ve had virtually zero free time.
I’m not here to bullshit anybody, I’ve definitely had help and I’m on a couple of peptides. My legs hate me from motorcycle accidents, and multiple surgeries, and one of the biggest helps that they have been is with daily pain alone which has, in turn, hugely helped with motivation.
Since May of this year in the last four months, I have dropped 60 pounds and started to gain some of that weight back with muscle, I’ve been sober for the last 40 days and nonalcoholic coronas and virgin margaritas have become my favorite thing to drink besides protein shakes and pre-workout😂 I wake up every morning at 5:30 and start my day doing something for myself by going to the gym and taking Charlie on a walk and spending some time in sunlight. My physical progress has been great, and still working on the mental aspect of things, but every day I feel more and more myself
I don’t typically post pictures of myself, but I no longer hate what I see when I look in the mirror so y’all will probably start seeing a lot more of me too.
