🔥 NEW VIDEO: “Letter to 23”

This is the first single off my new album 45 Isn’t 23 - and it’s officially out in the world.

Pre-orders opened yesterday for the album, but you can purchase this song NOW! And if you ptr-order the whole album on Bandcamp, you get this song instantly with your order, no waiting.

If you’re not a Bandcamp person, no worries…
You can grab “Letter to 23” on iTunes or Amazon Music, or run up the video on YouTube as many times as you want. Every bit of support means something. I truly feel that!

I’m hyped for you to finally start seeing and hearing little pieces of this project as we head through the pre-order and toward the full release.

Much love. 🖤

Fall creeps into our lives a bit more every morning right now…

Embrace it. Fourth quarters almost here. That crisp air is a reminder to lock in on your annual goals and move the needle.

Find some peace and have a great day!

Well, I was just warming up - put the bar down and the ‘LUNK’ alarm went off… or so I thought.

“Maaaan, I do power cleans and deadlifts, rows, and more over here a few times a week. Grunting, smashing plates, whatever, and have barely ever had anyone say a word. This can’t be happening?!?!” Is what I said to the guy next to me.

Then I found out they are just testing the fire alarms lol, so…. Game on, let’s go!

Have a great week everyone, get up and get after it. It’s just you, and you’re one of them ones. Me too 😉PEACE!!!

I was just telling one of the kids about this place the other day. Damn, the memories!

And DAAAAAAAMMMN!, who remembers the Liks playing a show there in about 1996ish? I skated there. Got in a fight there. And years later when it was a gym for a bit, I worked out there a couple times.

I think the same building still stands as some other business now, but don’t quote me on that. Anyhow, memory lane this morning 😊
