The long-awaited Episode 5 is finally here. Thank you all for your patience. We’ve missed you so much. This will be our last episode for a while.

We met Valentine back in January of 2022. What stood out immediately to us was her aesthetic and expertly crafted music. Her songs are massive in sound, despite their often sparse instrumentation. With a classically trained ear and a strong musical intuition, Valentine has crafted a dark, ethereal sound that is all her own.

listen to VALENTINE BYRNE (@valentinebyrne) premieres December 29th on YouTube and Instagram.

When I first heard ALPHA.'s 2021 album "Let's Remember This", I was immediately transported back to 2004 when I bought @kanyewest ‘s "The College Dropout". Opening the CD to find the songs written in a circle underneath the disc, and hearing the first track, "We Don't Care" was an experience I will never forget. I had never heard anything like it before. Listening to "Let's Remember This", I had that same experience.

We are thrilled to announce ALPHA. (@itsdaygosfinest) as the next artist in our series.

Born in Atlanta, raised by the culture in Cali, and a known figure in the San Diego hip-hop scene, ALPHA.'s effortless flow, top-tier productions, and on point aesthetic are just a few of the key ingredients to his rise in popularity.

Official teaser coming soon!

We want to say thank you to all our viewers in 2021! If you gave us a like, a follow, a comment, thank you for engaging with us. We grew by over 100 followers this year! Season 2 will continue in 2022, and we are stoked to share more #sandiego artists with you!

Here we have the gear that we use to shoot the series. We want to give you a closer look at what tools help create our unique look and feel.

Our selection of cameras includes the Kinefinity KineMINI 4K (featured in Season 1), the Blackmagic Pocket 4K, and the Blackmagic Production Camera 4K.

And our favorite lens choice: vintage Contax Zeiss Primes. These lenses have similar optics to the Zeiss Super Speeds used by legends like @stanleykubrick.

Shouts to @kinefinity, @gafpagear, @blackmagicnewsofficial, @zeisscameralenses.

We can’t wait to get back to filming in 2022, and your gear makes it possible!
