Maybe I should upload some photos of my shoot I did in Chongqing last March, huh? It was a little higher end than the ones offered directly at Hongyadong, took 5 hours from start to finish, and made me feel so pretty.

Yes these are edited by them, obviously. But they ask you what amount of editing you want. The real magic is the makeup artist.

All in all, a wonderful experience I would recommend to everyone. Our studio was called Three Orange Photography. by @lisu.chan

It's getting so cold now, it makes us yearn for warmer days. Like our time in South Korea!

Right next to the venue you have these cute hanok that are gorgeous.

With all the chaos that comes with competitions, you sometimes forget to take photos. I'm glad we didn't. Thank you @carlieria for taking the shot!

What's this? A post? With a new cosplay? On my feed?

Yeah!

Went to Dokomi this year with @lidl_delirium and we decided two weeks before the convention we wanted to do Pei Ming and Yushi Huang. This costume literally moved houses on my mannequin almost two years ago, and even then it was already old. So there might be some things I wanted to remake, but pretty pleases with my foam armour I made in those two weeks. So, hopefully more photos later!

I won't lie, this is probably my fav shot we took of my Shi Qingxuan.

I seriously cannot recommend enough anyone ever going to the Zhejiang area to go to Hengdian Studios. We went two days, one for sightseeing and one for, well more sightseeing but in costume. But I think I could have spend a full week there!

"Ming-xioooong~!"

I brought my Shi Qingxuan with me to Hengdian Studios. Can you imagine what a hard choice it was for me to pick just one outfit to bring along? (because I needed the suitcase space for all the stuff I knew I was going to buy)

It's cold and I just need to look at this photo to remember how hot it was that day.

Winter is coming (for the northern hemisphere at least) but it doesn't dampen my enthusiasm for photoshoots. There are some plans for the near future and I can't wait to dive right back into it.

Can't believe we haven't posted our costumes we did for Animecon yet! So here they are!

I have been playing the game for nearly 1234 days now (yes that's an in game achievement) and dragged @lidl_delirium into the fandom too. Especially these two characters, their story arch is beautiful, heartbreaking and just well done. When Taishakuten's new skin came out, we fell in love all over again. These costumes are a labour of that love and a collection of materials from all over the world. (For example: Asura's red kimono fabric is from Japan, a lot of Taishakuten we got in Korea) and it involves learning new techniques, like 3D printing, plotting and making a smoke machine, but also refining some others like embroidery, airbrushing and even hand painting the flowers on Taishakuten's sleeves. But mostly just figuring out all the gravity defying pieces or how to keep a piece of cloth on your shoulder while moving like crazy on stage.
