I just survived a week of teaching classes, working, home-schooling my son, and hitting my workouts—all while my period tried to sideline me 😮‍💨😩. My lifts weren’t all personal records, and my patience was tested, but I didn’t quit. Showing up for yourself when your body is screaming for rest is the ultimate test of strength. Give yourself grace if you are in the trenches right now. We keep going.
