What an absolutely incredible experience at @hrpa_organization yesterday! HRPA brought together over 2,600 HR Professionals in Toronto, Ottawa, Sudbury, Kitchener and online to connect with each other, get inspired, and share their ideas about the future of HR.

The energy and inspiration were simply off the charts! 💥

AI is changing financial services fast. But the bigger question isn’t what the technology can do. It’s what you do differently because of it.

Excited to be heading to Charlottetown, PEI this October to keynote the 2026 Financial Forum and join Canada’s credit union community for a conversation about AI, innovation, and what it takes to build for what’s next.

AI will never tell you “I don’t know.”

It just makes something up, says it with full confidence, and sounds exactly like a human wrote it.

That’s fine when you’re brainstorming. It’s dangerous the moment your AI starts talking to your customers.
