Our visitors from Gila River Indian Community, District 6, Laveen, Arizona made a special trip to our Cultural Resource Center today and were surprised by the performances put on by our Yavapai Gourd Singers and Bird Dancers, as well as, the Apache Drummers and young ladies that recently celebrated their Sunrise Ceromies who danced, and our beautiful Miss Yavapai-Apache Nation, Juliette. They were not expecting that. They just had plans to tour our building, eat lunch at casino, and visit Montezuma Castle, so the stories shared and cultures expressed by both Yavapai and Apache was a blessing. 🙌 🪶
We made friends today with a neighboring tribe, their elders wanted to express gratitude to everyone for making this trip special. ❤️

Good memories for 4th of July this year! This was the 2nd time we stayed at Esmeralda and it was improved with the addition of Diegos tiki bar, which was good for breakfast and dinner. The bigger pool area and lazy river was also amazing. I love that you can get a massage on the beach too⛱️ 1hr for $50! Wave runners are inexpensive, but it was too hot and humid for me to go riding around on atv, so I finished my puzzle. Relaxing. I really enjoyed spending time with my boys and Angelica. And we had no problemos getting across the border. 🇺🇸 yay! Gracias for the good times spent in Mexico! Arizona Beach. 🌊 by @little.libbster
