Hello Everyone !

You may remember late last year we were planning on offering kids Halloween circus camps !

I wanted to make sure everything was done right which involved registering as an organisation so all my instructors could get Garda vetted , this took longer than expected but I'm happy to announce we are about to launch our kids classes 😍

I have some names and numbers from before but I've included a form for everyone else to register Interest in bio! by @little__atoms

🌸 Mother’s Day Aerial Yoga Workshops 🌸
Celebrate Mother’s Day with something truly special this year! Time together, laughter, connection, and a little bit of magic in the air. Our Mother’s Day Aerial Yoga Workshops are designed to give mums and their children a beautiful shared experience, creating memories that will last far beyond the day itself.

One Mother + One Child €35
With option to add extra children.

10:00am – 1 Hour (Under 3’s / Nursery Class)
This gentle and nurturing session is perfect for mums with babies and toddlers. The focus is on lovely, supportive stretching and relaxation for mothers, helping release tension and encourage calm. Little ones will enjoy sensory fun in the hammocks ... soft movement, swinging, bonding time, and playful exploration in a safe and soothing environment. Expect cuddles, smiles, and special quiet moments together.

11:30am – 1.5 Hours (Ages 4–9)
A fun-filled and energetic class designed for connection and laughter. We’ll explore games with the hammocks, simple aerial tricks, partner poses, and playful challenges that build confidence and coordination. This session is all about teamwork, trust, and enjoying movement together. A beautiful mix of fun and bonding time.

1:30pm – 1.5 Hours (Ages 10–16)
A more dynamic and empowering session for mums and older children to learn together. You’ll work on aerial tricks, strength-building movements, and flows. It’s a chance to support each other, try something new, and share an experience that feels exciting and uplifting.

No previous aerial experience is needed! Just come ready to move, laugh, and enjoy quality time together.

Spaces are limited to keep classes small and safe, so early booking is recommended.

Give the gift of time, connection, and a little bit of flying this Mother’s Day 💕
