It really is that simple!

As a nurse I’ve learned all the medicinal ways to heal but no one truly teaches you how to go back to the roots of simplicity using biblical wellness.🌱🤍

Natural sunlight is your best friend (just not long enough to get burned) need a mood booster? Need a mental reset? Need a better immune system? Get OUTSIDE🌞

Move your body for increased blood flow , increased oxygen and all the happy endorphins!

I’ve never dove so deep down the rabbit hole of eczema, holistic healing or biblical healing til now. It’s always been on my heart and purpose to pursue better health and now I have more of a reason too! God put it on my heart to choose against vaccinating my daughter and I believe it’s my responsibility to steward over that word. It’s not about what’s right or wrong but instead discerning the intentions of God and setting up my families next generation on a higher level than how we started.🤍🌱

The legacy I pray to leave isn’t just wealth, it’s generational health!!🌱

The more I learn about God’s original design for our bodies, the more I realize that holistic wellness is a gift worth passing down. Wisdom and knowledge are our greatest riches!

God intended for things to be pure and simplified. The healthier we feed our body, the healthier our spirit is and the deeper our relationship with Him.

Overtime, the quality of our top soil (nutrient dense uppermost layer) has decreased. What we know as “healthy” has turned into “processed” in order to extend shelf life.

A few simple changes I am doing for my family:

* pasture raised eggs, grass fed meats (provide healthier fatty acids and reduce air pollution)
* Organic produce (when we can)
* Shopping local farmers markets
* A2 milk and yogurt ( A2 beta-casein is a naturally occurring amino acid that is easily digestible opposed to conventional dairy that contains A1 , which can lead to inflammatory reactions )

Eczema is the issue but it is not the end!! It has been a journey with her skin since she was 4 months. We are working on healing her gut one day at time. But those super irritated days are tough on all of us 😭 my faith can fluctuate but I’ll never stop going to war for her!🙏🏻🤍

These are our current holistic topical remedies paired with her supplements from her DNP and low histamine diet (best we can)

Getting back to the basics the way God intended!!✨🦋

How we do life holds so much more weight than we know. I am learning so much from The Biblico Diet book and how not just the kinds of foods but herbs and oils can better our physical and spiritual wellness. I can’t wait to keep sharing!

The girl that made me a mama🎀🥹 motherhood is truly ministry and strength. From an unplanned c-section to discovering how to tackle the journey of eczema , this girl always has us on our toes. But that smile and emerging personality make it so worth it!! God knew what He was doing when He created me a mini bestie. Creating life is such a beautiful blessing !!

We’ve been through loss a year before her and another loss almost a year after; I truly value that I get to soak in this baby girl daily even through all the learning curves. In due time our family will expand❤️ taken in Texas by @littlebitmel
