|| an ode to creativity ||I’m starting this off by saying : just because we homeschool does not mean I think my boys will be geniuses based on the this audio.I think creativity needs to be fostered in an environment that continues to foster more creativity. It needs to be a part of your value system, family culture, work culture in my opinion. Just because you choose one path of education does not automatically equate to creativity. Creativity holds no bounds! But what I do hope moving forward in whatever capacity that is. That our family culture fosters it. That education as a whole, will embrace creativity in all its forms. Because creativity is needed now more than ever! Creativity is needed to rewrite narratives, break down boundaries worth breaking, and foster critical thinking. Creativity is needed for a future we can’t even yet imagine! My wish is this…let creativity thrive! “Genius” comes in many forms and capacities. Then NASA will have a different problem to solve! Do you agree? Does it come down to only creativity? by @littlemyro

We’re entering the time of year where daylight disappears, screens steal our attention, and comparison sneaks in through every scroll. So here’s something better — a Parent Dopamine Menu to help you find joy, comfort, and maybe even a bit of magic in the middle of the mess.Because your everyday is worth romanticizing — even with tiny humans underfoot. 🤍 by @littlemyro

Dropped the kids off, cleaned the kitchen, made tea, and maybe tackled my to-do list.Okay fine — my desk is still future-me’s problem 😂But the space feels lighter, and that’s enough for today.Tell me — what’s your go-to podcast or audiobook when you’re resetting your space? 🎧 by @littlemyro

Homeschooling two kids means I’m constantly switching hats — teacher, referee, snack supplier, and cheerleader all before lunch. Some days flow beautifully.Other days… well, someone’s crying over handwriting while I reheat my tea for the third time. But here’s what I’ve learned — it’s not about juggling it all perfectly. It’s about finding the rhythm that fits our season, using the tools that actually help, and giving myself (and my kids) a little grace in between. If you’re teaching multiple ages too, I hope this carousel gives you a few ideas — and a reminder that you’re doing amazing work.Save this for the days that feel a little extra circus-y 🎪 by @littlemyro

Today was one of those slower homeschool days — snacks first, lessons second. We mixed in some reading review, playful stories, our Wolf Called Wander study, and math after lunch (we’ve added some fun new resources to our basket!).Didn’t get to everything — but that’s homeschool life. We ended with games and giggles, and that’s enough. 💛 by @littlemyro

Save this for your homeschool heart. When we started our homeschool journey, I had so many hopes—and just as many fears. Would it be too rigid? Would I lose the joy of play-based learning? Was I doing it “right”?Here are 3-ish things I wish I could go back and whisper to myself at the start:🌿 You don’t have to pick one style forever—your homeschool can ebb and flow with the seasons.📚 Using open-and-go curriculum doesn’t mean giving up your child-led approach. It can be a steady guide, not a rigid rule.💛 And above all? Sustainability and self-care matter—for you and your kids.Drop a 🫶 if you needed to hear this today.Tag a fellow homeschool mama who might need this reminder too! by @littlemyro
