My 28th birthday weekend. The most dreamiest birthdays I have had in a looooong time; I fulfilled one of my childhood dreams.
Let's back up.. last year, in the middle of Summer I went to an event where there were celebrities and wrestlers there. I don't think too much about the wrestlers since I stopped watching around 2012 (my man HBK retired and kid me couldn't deal lol), but someone I was with went with me to approach the Hardy Boys. We chat more with Jeff which was soo cool and left me on a high note the rest of the day. Well, I explained to this friend I haven't watched them since I was a kid and honestly had no idea they were still wrestling after meeting them. He said let's watch some old wrestling then, and that's exactly what we did.
This is when it all hit me. I've struggled for a looonng time to remember my childhood and have been through this hardship for so long, that when we watched it, I not only remembered it..but memories flooded back of my childhood and immediately pushed kid me out. The wonder and the giddyness... I had no idea how much I tucked her away until this very moment.
And that's when I knew.. she's back♡ I've been chasing after her ever since that exact moment. Watching my childhood wrestling day after day, going to event after event in many different states. At some point within those next maybe 2 months, if not less, an epiphany hit me..... what if I work jn wrestling? All this time, all these years within this hardship I was comstinuously pushing within the film industry, and while I had my fun in it, it never felt the way it use to. I didn't feel fully happy and was continuously questioning if this is truly what I want. I haven't lost the love for making film or acting in film and I'm so so so grateful for everything it has given me, and because of the tools I had.. I decided to use it and transition into wrestling. This is when the real fun started.
