Finally got around to sitting down and doing the first demo in the @artefacto_school workshop I purchased with @kanogallery
Thanks André!
I had some trouble with my background, was supposed to be more misty and soft but I didn’t use enough water and got hard edges. The scale of my boat etc should have been bigger but I’m not used to working on such a big piece of paper. It was a really fun tutorial though and I plan to do it more than once to see if I can improve.
It felt so good to paint after being too busy (or too hot in my apartment) the past few weeks to manage even a quick paint session.

Auburn, WA
Saw this barn while out on a drive and had to take a pic. It had piles of dirt and mulch next to it. I could have left it out but decided to include it. Hence the brown blobs in my painting. 🙃
