I’ve been sitting on a post for a few weeks and wrote a lot of this out before Ozzy’s death but feel even more grateful for my experience now.

Trying to find the words, trying to find the right order to make a post, trying to wrap my head around how lucky I am to have witnessed the send off of the greatest rock band in the world. Thankful for all the people I’ve crossed paths with in the name of this band and in the name of live music in general. I’ve seen many so shows, countless legacy acts, and the same band over 20 times but all pales in comparison to this event.

I’m so so so beyond grateful to have found myself in the presence of the most ultimate band of all time for their final show. Black Sabbath changed my life and I’m still dumbfounded I had this opportunity to join in with 50,000 fans from every corner of the earth to send the prince of darkness off. The deepest thanks and gratitude to you, Ozzy Osbourne. 🦇

My dear girl April turns 25 today. In the last 3 years of knowing her we’ve traveled to 5 countries, made dozens of friends, attended more shows than we can count and got matching tattoos in Amsterdam within 6 months of knowing each-other. It’s hard to believe we met by complete chance camping out for our favorite band (see photo 3). I couldn’t imagine my life without her. Chances are if you know me, you know her. I’ll find her in line in every life we live. Happy birthday to you my sweet April, I can’t wait to grow old with you 🖤🖤🖤 by @liv.chronic
