I have literally been trying to get a reservation at @ambassadorsclubhousenyc since February 😅 @beli_eats has it rated the #1 Indian restaurant in NYC and every single person that goes says it’s the best Indian they’ve ever had… best Indian I’ve ever had? Probably not. We ordered way too much because we wanted to try a lot (5 dishes + 2 cocktails was over $300 so not cheap) in order of photos we ordered:
- Punjabi Murgh Changezi
- beetroot kachori chaat
- chili cheese pakode w/ tomato chutney
- Paneer Tikka
- BBQ butter chicken chops
Favorite dishes were probably the beetroot chaat and the Punjabi murgh changezi. Don’t get me wrong, everything was delicious and the atmosphere was great so it’s worth going at least once but between the inability to get a reservation and the prices, I don’t need to go back. taken in Ambassadors Clubhouse NYC by @liv1iving

Birthday dinner in Philly 🥳🥳 @emiliaphilly opened up earlier this year and I had been dying to go since. Most definitely in my top 5 Philly restaurants and there was not a single thing I did not like ! Tried to push my food boundaries and order things I usually do not eat and it was so worth it… we ordered:
- scallop crudo w/ burrata
- corn & truffle suppli w/ prosciutto (not pictured)
- crispy artichokes
- rigatoni w/ ragu bianco
- crab & clam pasta (twas a special of the night)
- sea bream
- roasted chicken w/ tomato pesto
Also had a bread service that they served with a garlic sauce (so good) and this shot of mushroom broth. Not a huge scallop fan but the scallop crudo was by far one of my favorites as well as the rigatoni 🤌🏻 between the service and the food this restaurant was a 10/10 taken in Emilia by @liv1iving

In case I haven’t said it enough, @pizzeriabeddiaphilly is the best pizza I have ever had and the new curry pizza was no exception 🤌🏻 taken in Pizzeria Beddia by @liv1iving

Might have found my new favorite Italian restaurant in NYC… @prosciuttonyc everything tasted fresh & homemade and overall delicious. We ordered
- prosciutto w/ fried dough & stracchino cheese
- gnocchi w/ prosciutto ragu
- tonnarelli alla gricia
Everything reminded me of the food I had in Florence :( it was all just as good if not better as well 😌 definitely want to go back since I loved it but it’s walk in only and I’ve seen this place blowing up on tik tok so worried it might be a little harder to get in now by @liv1iving

Had absolutely no Icelandic food when in Iceland but I did have a phenomenal Italian meal! Like every other restaurant in Reykjavik it was extremely expensive ($45+ for a single pasta dish) but it all tasted good so I’ll let it slide, we ordered:
- fried gnocchi w/ jamon iberico
- focaccia bread w/ whipped ricotta (topped w/ sweet chili)
- goat cheese ravioli w/ fig & sage & pine nuts
- casarecce alla vodka w/ chili crisps
We all agreed focaccia bread was amazing and ravioli was my favorite of the pastas. Perfect amount of food for the 3 of us. Pistachio tiramisu not pictured but good way to end the meal taken in Lóla by @liv1iving

Succumbed to waiting in one of the nyc lines for @lindustriebk …. honestly thought it was a little bland and did not live up to the hype. Dhanvi thought it was really good but I don’t trust his opinion. I’d get it again if there was no line because it was decent but just wasn’t anything special (pizzeria beddia will always be number one) taken in L'industrie Pizzeria West Village by @liv1iving

New favorite restaurant in Philly @alice.philadelphia quite literally every dish was amazing and it’s impossible to go wrong here. We ordered:
- coal roasted octopus
- dry aged burger
- latkes w/ trout roe
- French fries w/ garlic aioli
- beets w/ pine nuts and pesto
- bluefin tartare
Dare I say one of my new favorite burgers ? Also never had beets before this and I actually loved them, will probably be horribly disappointed when I have them again somewhere else… 10/10 no notes taken in Alice Philadelphia by @liv1iving

Anniversary dinner at @oiji.mi I honestly had no idea what I was eating for the majority of this dinner but everything I had was so good regardless. Looking back at the menu now it’s a lot of foods I don’t normally eat… we ordered the 5 course prix-fixe:
First course (first photo):
- beef tartare
- spotted prawn
- gyeran-jjim
Second course:
- spicy bbq squid
- scallop
Third course:
- lobster ramyun
- black cod
Fourth course:
- sea bass
- galbi (short rib)
Dessert:
- chapssal donuts (gruyère, raclette, and ice cream)
- some type of ice cream on a bed of shave ice I can not remember
Everything had such fun platings and unique tastes. Favorites were lobster ramyun, spicy bbq squid, and the black cod. it was a perfect anniversary dinner 🥰🥰 taken in OIJI MI by @liv1iving

Made cold brew for the first time with @bazancoffee.global ‼️ way easier than I thought it would be and also probably never buying cold brew from the grocery store again… made some vanilla cold foam to go with it and it was delish 10/10 no notes by @liv1iving

If I had to choose my favorite pasta dish that I’ve had within the last year, it would be the candele from @massaranyc Valentine’s Day dinner here was phenomenal, we ordered:
-candele (ragu genovese)
- cheesemakers raviolini
- cavatelli Verdi (braised duck sausage ragu)
- polpo
- some chocolate dessert I don’t remember the name of
I must say the duck sausage ragu was a close second to the candele. 10/10 meal would go back every Valentine’s Day taken in Manhattan, New York by @liv1iving

My favorite meal from Fort Lauderdale was @takatorestaurant great views of the beach and some solid sushi. We ordered:
-crispy tuna (not pictured)
-wagyu crispy rice
- hot hamachi
- spicy yellowtail roll
Everyone agreed the wagyu crispy rice was their favorite dish of the night 💅 I thought it was all pretty good but on the pricey side (as expected for Fort Lauderdale tho) taken in TAKATO by @liv1iving

I spent about $100 total on both of these pizzas from @ceres.nyc 😅 looking back, probably a little ridiculous since that was about what I made at my last job in 6 hours… however, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the mushroom pizza again bc it was just that good and I’m not even a mushroom/onion on pizza person. I’d pass on the plain since it was good but not for $40 taken in Ceres Pizza by @liv1iving
